I can't believe this thread has gotten so many pages in only a day and the chapter hasn't even come out.
From what I've seen of the strange spoiler pics posted on here, I'm just going to wait until the actual raws and chapter is out before admitting a pairing is canon or not. Like Saku mentioned, those NH kids look completely edited and really fake.
I guess just relax until we get actual confirmation of things before jumping to conclusions.
