All right... I am a bit hesitant to make this thread as most people here don't seem to enjoy this kind of shoujo manga. But give it a try if you have the time.. trust me.
This is the kind of story where you THINK you know what will happen but believe me... you DON'T.
It is CLICHE but its NOT....
That's how i can summarize or describe this manga. Its been awhile since i read this but this was one of the things that help cheer me up during the dark NS days, so I thought it will be a good idea to share it.
This manga was completed almost the same time as Naruto and my broken heart was able to smile and learned to trust the world again lol. I mean I've always been good at sensing who will end up with who, and only Naruto failed me but until now i still think it isn't because my intuition was wrong because we all know how they crop out the original ending and implanted some kind of anomaly onto it.
Well enough about that here is the real summary:
15-year-old country girl, Suzume Yosano, has to move to Tokyo to live with her uncle due to her father's transfer. She bumps into a mysterious man who ends up taking her to her uncle's place after she gets lost. Turns out, Suzume will be seeing him a lot more often once she starts school because... he's her homeroom teacher!?
Its already completed so that's a plus.
and for those who already read this, the same mangaka has a new manga up and i heeard its pretty similar to this. I'm about to check it out as well. The title is Tsubaki-chou Lonely Planet.
Also, let me just add that a portion of the fandom were heartbroken as they rode the wrong ship.
I wouldn't really blame them, it was unexpected. (I thought mine would totally sink as well together with NS).
But the good thing about this story is that either way, its good. (I mean the ships, the two guys)
There was just this one point in the story (a bit in the middle) where i finally decided on the final pairing and supported it more than the other.
So yeah, just sharing this as I'm about to read the new manga from the same author and remembered this somehow helped me recuperate from the Naruto Apocalypse.
Anyone here who read this? what was your opinion? did you get the ship right this time? lol
