According to some sources, this annoucement leak is now pending because this has info on the eventual announcement on Super Street Fighter IV arcade release in Japan, which became true (this was out on April Fools).

Well, if this true, that means because of the successful rerelease of MVC2 on XBOX Live and PSN and Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom did so well for the Wii, Capcom may have regain the Marvel copyrights.

If it's canon then we may only see it released on xbox live and playstation network, since if it was a big hit disk game, there would be trailers for it especially in a a few months of the release.

I remember seeing a capcom rep on the Playstation Blog, he said that they had huge news coming, and this would definitely be huge.

I wonder if it would be another XBLA/PSN release, or a retail title. Hopefully the latter.

We didn't know about Dead Rising 2, and all we had were rumors. (Until a leaked trailer came out) They'll confirm this one soon enough.

Maybe...but you have to admit Kingdom Hearts is a good franchise, that features Disney characters. Not everything Disney blows...Just most of it. ^^

I was using the Disney movie characters with Mickey Mouse and friends. I only wish I could add Goliath and probably other Disney animated shows characters like Darkwing Duck for the goodness of memories of the 90s. (hell there was a time that I added Winnie the Pooh characters in it too). But, seriously we are off-topic here. If someone can make a thread about a Disney fighter game, be my guest so we can discuss it.

I honestly hope not. Marvel vs Capcom was fun. MK vs. DC was depressing, and a let down since they had to censor a lot of the usual graphic Mortal Kombat content.

I heard WB took over Midway but MK9 is still scheduled for a release. Hopefully they'll bring some good change to MK or at least tell Ed Boon to up the anty.

As for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, it's hard to paint a picture in my mind without seeing any scans or trailers.
