Maybe I'll buy it when its gone down $20 after a few weeks. Cloud is the kitten.

I beg to differ on Dragon's Crown. If you're not a fan of classic arcade four player beat em' up games then I understand.
It is not that I don't like the genre though I am not that good at it nor any fighting type games reallybut I enjoy them. I am just not a fan of the artwork, I don't find it offensive or anything just doesn't do anything for me.
but I do like Code of Princess so I may be a bit hypocritical here lol

Ouch, kind of harsh. FFXIII-1 was great to me. It was only FFXIII-2 that irritated the crap outta me.

I will wait three months after the game has been released and I won't be surprised if they have lowered the prize to at least 48$, meaning it wasn't that good.That's what happened with XIII-2 I bought it for 60$ and in four months after its release its prize was lowered to 45$, after three more months it was lowered to 30$ now you can get the game for 20$ 
That's great that Fang is back along with Noel but I won't lift my hopes up. Like I said I will wait for the prize to be lowered and I doubt square will pull another f*** up ending like XIII-2, unless they are planning to release a XIII-4.

Saw somewhere that Squeenix confirmed that the ending for FFXIII-3 will have just "one *good* and complete ending", unlike how FFXIII-2 ended.
Haven't actually found confirmation of that statement anywhere else yet though

Damn Square Enix...they knew. They knew by keeping Hope as an adult would create romance between him and lightning. Now it just reverted back to motherly love.
But aside from that, can't wait to play it 
. Time does not go by fast enough.

That and WHY is Lightning being portrayed as 'Jesus' with a calling from God? 
I mean was it really necessary for Squeenix to make such religious allusions

FFXIII was already a huge religious allusion with the fal'Cie and Orphan and Etro. And the whole game is supposed to be about the people worshiping their one "god." Which to mean sounds like something happened with Etro. As for Hope being young. Something happened in the timeline during FFXIII-2. Hope looks like a kid but he sounds like he did in FFXIII-2. Basically from what I can tell, Noel basically rewrote a lot of things in FFXIII-2.
PS: FANG <3333333333333333333333333 you can have lesbian love with Vanille again @_@ because they are totally canon.

Haven't they pretty much already told us who is coming back months before the game was even released? So unless you tell us the ending you won't be spoiling anything more than when SE has spoiled already.

I don't know. I pretty much went off-on when following LR, so I don't know who was 'confirmed,' back then. Now that the Japanese version was out a while ago, though.....

Both Amazon.com and Gamestop offer Cloud Strife's Buster Sword and SOLDIER 1st Class Uniform. However, they both offer a different second pre-order bonus.
Amazon's 2nd pre-order bonus is -
Yuna’s ‘Spira’s Summoner’ outfit, staff and victory pose DLC from FINAL FANTASY X
Gamestop's 2nd pre-order bonus includes two outfits -
Lightning Samurai Outfits include the Dark Samurai and Flower of Battle Outfits.
I am quite torn at this point in time as to which one to get. Quite honestly, if it wasn't for Cloud's Buster Sword and outfit, I would not be getting this game at launch, after having been burnt so badly by the ridiculously convoluted story and ending of FF13-2 
But I HAZ to have that wicked ass sword! Can you imagine swinging that bad boy around, and slicing mofo's to pieces with it. Noice 
So, if any of you guys also decide to pre-order this game, which retailer with their exclusive bonuses will you go with?

No idea which one. I've been looking for what stat bonuses each give. I'm leaning towards the Gamestop, though. 3 outfits, 2 are awesome samurai outfits while the other is a mage-oriented (possibly) outfit.
Although, I've heard Cloud's outfit makes every boss easier to do, though.
