Oh yeah!!! The Tekken side of me returns!!! rawr.gif

Seriously, I thought I suck at the series back in the day, because you have to learn how to juggle, know all of those damn button combinations for certain characters like King and Nina, etc., but I realize that I'm not... seeing my main, Julia Chang, with totally different and powerful moves; Asuka, still have her infinite combo from Jun, Law have gotten more slicker and younger I might add; new characters like Bob and Alisa... impressed me alot to play them once I get my copy.

And after playing it today... I want to get it ASAP!!! I was killing my gaming corner friends' asses but I did lost some. But what the hey, I was there to have fun.

Not only that, I experienced it on the PS3, which I'm very comfortable on playing the game in that console, unlike the 360.

Now I have to hurry up though, the side won't last... once Super Street Fighter IV comes out... its back to SF side (until somehow, someway Capcom makes a Darkstalkers or Rival Schools revival, I hope...) Please, Capcom whatthekitten.gif Hear my pleas... bring them back... even though I had seen Morrigan and Batsu in Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom, I want them back in their regular universe as new games...

But anyway..., Tekken is back!!! a_dance.gif Yay!!! biggrin.gif

Well its been awhile but its getting towards Christmas... hoping everyone having a good Holidays this year. happy.gif

I hadn't told any friends about this situation and its about a breakthrough.

Last month after my last post, something unexpected happened. Something tragic.

I had lost a family member. A family member that I had NOT seen since many, many years ago. I lost him to an argument leading to gunfire in the worst place at the worst time. He was my cousin, about 3 years older than me. When I was getting ready for class when I heard the news, it was like lethal blow to my heart. But that's not the only issue...

When I read his eulogy at the funeral, not only I was hurt but I was shocked that he had things that I will never, ever imagine. He started his ony program to stop the nonviolence in my city for our families and communities to be safer. He had done a lot of graphic art and film editing. Hell, he has a documentary about gang violence that I believe its now airing on HBO. And plus his funeral was jam packed of family members, including me, friends, coleagues... he had known all of those people... and I didn't get a chance to know him better, throughout the last 18 years.

About a couple of days later, I had a shield that broke down. A shield of being in the void of not knowing what is going in my huge family. While many of you doesn't know me that well, I do have a very huge family, majority of it is from my father's side because his mother had 10 kids and over 40 grands, including me, with the addition of great-grands. Plus, over the last couple of years, I found out about my mother's side of the family and we began to connect, also adding the addition of the cousins that I had already had known.

I can't just single out everyone in my life. That almost happen with my own older siblings because of the drama issues and plus long distance. I can't just avoiding them no longer. I need to stay connect to my very big family as much as possible. My breakthrough after hearing I lost a cousin who had a living hell of a childhood but managed to pull himself back together and was very, very talented has started on Thanksgiving. Hopefully it will continue on this Christmas and beyond... its time to get out of the darkness and step into the light...

My condolences to you, Derock.

A few years ago a classmate of mine was shot by her own friend (near UC Berkeley of all places). She was very smart and at the time was interning at a shelter for battered women, and her passing broke the hearts of so many people in my school. While the emotional impact for me was probably nowhere near as powerful as yours, I know and understand how surreal it feels for not only someone you know to be gone, but to be taken by violence.

Hang in there, dude.

*dust, dust, dust* -Sneeze!-

Whew... I can't believe I forgot about this again. tongue.gif

But anyway, working in a part-time job with a BIG amount of pay... (Guess the job? Some of you guys may get jealous, hint, I get $18 per hour each day). I had started around the first week of July and I became heavily busy (did I forget to mentioned during training, I get paid too? wink.gif ) so that's gives the reason why I wasn't active as much. And I worked for the week, except Sundays because I need a rest day.

But here's the other side which gets me so stress:

1) Unorganzied. Basically, when I get to my shift, I get everything at the last minute. One thing will be this and and before I'm finish, it will be another thing, that.
2) Now, recently, because of the bad winter we had in the Northeast, we're currently suffering from the heat wave shamefulcry0js.gif One day, it had reached 110 in my city... and then we had a massive heat wave a week later... and I had to work OUTSIDE for 8 hours!!! DX Not good. AT. ALL. >_<
3) I had to deal with people... I may have to explain this later when most of you guess the job I'm working. tongue.gif

... why, oh why I keep ignoring the fact I have this blog, yet I didn't do anything in here...

Oh hai gais!~ Long time no talk, its 2011 a new year, a fresh start! (Hopefully with more NaruSaku goodness!)

But what's going on?

Life was interesting for the past few months. Normally, I'm usually a quiet person but then I became very sociable. Talking to new people, found new friendships and rivalries (only in gaming tongue.gif )... Well, I guess the Gaming Corner in my college's den actually helped. Why you may ask?

Well, let's just say Street Fighter made it possible because without it, the days would had sucked for me and the rest of my fellow peers! Challenging people, sometimes won and lost matches. I can say I even battle against the so-called "pros". But then Super 4 became boring because people were playing it every single day. And majority of the people became lucky because they knew the mechanics and practiced every day. But then one day, I decided to say "THROWBACK!"

Yeah, my mind had made up and I brought in the PS2 with the old school Street Fighter (Alpha, 3 3rd Strike) and the other games like Tekken and Dragon Ball Z Budokai. And I find it funny because they only mastered SF4, yet they sucked when one of my friends or a couple and myself defeated them in 3 or Alpha. I'm also have a friend who brings his PS3 (because the school only has the 360 and Wii in the corner) and we played Capcom Vs. SNK, Mortal Kombat and the his versions of games that we (or my copies) play on the 360. It brought back memories and gave me dozens of challenges!

Oh did I mention I know another friend that brought back the DREAMCAST?! wow.png

Oh man, I knew I should had stay longer to play that but next time, I will bring my games! biggrin.gif

But it was fun and I hope for this year I will stay long enough to bring my stuff.

Now, about school, I really hope this year is the last. Right now everyone in my life, including myself, is basically screaming: "WHEN WILL I GRADUATE?!!!"
This year, I'm starting to find internships. So far I found some so around next week, it will be resumes and cover letters work and sending them off week. Even though I worked and earned some good pay, I want to find a job so I can start paying off the college bills early and also find myself a place to own so I won't hear the family nagging.

So hopefully I will update earlier next time, instead of being on hiatus all the time.

Ja Ne!~
