Naruto normally relies on either brute force, endurance, or trickery to win his battles. That works for when he was a genin. That doesn't really work for the role of Hokage. From what we seen the kages even if they don't or can't use a wide range of abilities; they tend to have a broad of enough knowledge that if a unique ability or object comes before them they either know what it is or can analyze it to figure it out pretty quickly. From what I've seen in both the gaiden and the Boruto manga Naruto doesn't have then as hokage. he may have once had it in his manga but if he did its long gone to seed like the rest of him.
 
I think we had a topic talking aeveral Hinata fans complain about this online. They even question if the ending was good and they get harassed by their own friends. 
 

So how far is naruto into his term as hokage in the ending or gaiden?
 
At this point sakura would make a better hokage than Naruto.
 
Ya sakura and sarada are better off without sasuke and it would be great if sarada hated sasuke in the end of gaiden and finds her own path.

Look at the one shot of the hokages inauguration. Bolt, Salad, and the daughter don't look that much younger then they do in the gaiden. Also in chapter 700 kiba mentions that kakashi only recently stepped down.

Honestly that genius vs hardwork theme only seems to exist during the chunin exams every other arc other then sometime the conflict between Naruto and Sasuke it's barely brought up.

What I meant by sarada hating het father in gaiden was if after naruto's kitten speech about bonds. She rejects the idea and calls naruto on how bad a father he is. And that she will never see sasuke as her father no matter what naruto says, and she vows to not be like her father like Jake in resident evil 6 said at the end of his story to sherry.

The most I consider them are "tools" Naruto acquired, but not truly "his power". Like I don't see the normal Rasengan as "his", but Minato's, but the Rasenshuriken I do see as his as it's something he made on his own, just not, from my POV, not truly mastered yet.

It's "his power" because naruto learn and own it later.
I can understand why you think km is not naruto power but I have disagree with sm and the other because if a character acquire power without born or made it in the first place than that power belong to the said character.

Yes, I agree that naruto doesn't master rs since kishi give it a really bad drawback and he need sm to properly use it. I still think it should be better if kishi make him learn it in timeskip and master it the first arc.

Naruto was about a boy wanting to be acknowledgement from the village that hated him for having the nine tails sealed in him by becoming the strongest ninja in Konoha, the Hokage. The story was about him fulfilling his dreams and saving his village from evil threats. The story is title Naruto proving he's the main protagonist of the story. Everything he wants and dreams is to be fulfilled, it's all about him. So why in God's green Earth did it all changed? Why a side character who is completely IRRELEVANT to the plot of the story became MORE important than the protagonist??? Why in the end that side character got everything she wanted when she's not important to the story??? Why she became a main character given heroin status and got together with the protagonist when said person has never love her??? The answer is simple this is what happens when the anime studio plays favorite they love Hinata, dream of her and all studio Pierot cared for is nothing but her. The anime should have ended like chapter 700 and also they should have shown Naruto becoming Hokage (the episode Pierot made was done with little effort and with kitten animation) but when it comes to Hinata they will spend their budget giving the best animation just for her.

 

I used to love this series before Pierot and Kishimoto killed it all for the sake of Hinata who is nothing but a character irrelevant to the story and it's not important. A character who didn't deserve squat. This is why I will forever hate her character it is why I will forever hate the pairing of Naruto/Hinata. If the story is titled Naruto and he's the protagonist then he should have gotten together with the only girl he's even been in love with and it's NOT Hinata. But instead Pierot gives Hinata what she wants and Naruto doesn't have a choice but to accept the silver medal prize. This ending is nothing but kitten who gives a kitten about watching a wedding about a pairing that was FORCED in the end and shoved to the fans throat??? Apparently Pierot and every Hinata fan who have wet dreams of her and probably jerk off to her hentai pictures. But to those who are worthy to be called" true Naruto fans" this series was destroyed in their eyes, in my eyes. Let this be a lesson to all manga authors to never follow the example of Kishimoto. NEVER make a pairing canon for the sake of its popularity instead of the sake of the plot.

 

To this day I still ask myself why is Naru/Hina so damn popular??? It's a horrible pairing. The fact that he's happier whenever he's with Sakura than her makes me laughed or the fact that he's never home to spent time with her and their kids. I hope you reflect upon reading this. To me this was never about Naru/Saku vs. Naru/Hina or this stupid shipping war that was pointless from the start. This was about the plot of the story, this was about the protagonist getting what he truly deserves. He loves Sakura (and even to this day it can be seen that he still loves her) he was supposed to earn Sakura's love not the love of the side character. To Pierot and the crazy fans it's all about Hinata and kitten the rest to us the true Naruto fans it's all about Naruto because he's the protagonist of the story.

 

It's funny that it's been over ten hours since I posted that comment and I still hand't gotten a reply from an angry NH fan yet.

So is anyone going to watch the first episode. *sigh* Skimming through it once I get sick of watching it: Oh they are starting off with the fight scene they really are the predictable, great. End of the age of shinobi everyone. Oh they are fighting on Naruto's ruined face on the hokage monument. so the tattoos can plus/glow with power. The animation isn't bad from what I can see...but then again I can rarely tell if animation if good or not.

 

Oh in the opening there are three new kids I haven't seen before, a girl that with Salad and at least two boys that react to Bolt walking by, so a new team or two. Get ready the pedophile will probably be adding them to the manga at some point. Huh when they are showing the adults they don't show hinata, i guess those are the ones that are still ninja, so Sakura is still a ninja I think.

 

Ok actual episode's story start with bolt running...to get a limited edition green chili hamburger. Naruto neglected his work so he has to work over the night to fill out all the paper work for the entrance ceremony. Why doesn't the hokage have a staff? They always have the hokage doing a large amount of paper work because I assume that what SP and Kishimoto think an office job is, but why does the hokages never have a staff to help with the paper work? Shika calls the ninja academy old fashion, bolt wasn't told because Naruto is always busy, and Hinata ask Shika to watch out for her son, then makes a train analogy.

 

So one of the new kids is bullied by a group. So bolt could use shadow clones before he even became a ninja...Why was Naruto shocked he could do that then in the movie? New kids father owns a the biggest company in the land -the railroad company- and wants his kids to learn ninjutsu. Bolt tell him to disobey his father and bring up wait for it everyone...his issue with his father Naruto. *sigh* 8 minutes into the episode. He then boast that even if he disobey his father he doesn't get punished, and continues to tell the boy to disobey his father saying basically what's the worst that could happen. So he is in fact a spoiled brat that needs a good beating. Bolt freaks out when he realizes the time and that his is about to disobey one of his mom's rules. The boy actually point this out. So Bolt is a hypocrite that tries to sell his twisted views on others that he doesn't even follow. "She gets really scary when she is mad!" Does anyone believe that Hinata can get mad enough to be scary. So that is another thing they stole from Sakura and gave to hinata. Hinata looks more like someone older sister then a mother. Wait Bolt is just enrolling into the academy? He looks like he does in the movie/manga! Naruto and the other were in the academy since they were at least 6, what age is bolt right now 10, 11, or 12. HAHAHAHA Hinata got to know Naruto at the academy! So another retcon. Then again she might think her stalking was a good thing, she also apparently constantly brings it up.

 

So the kid follows Bolt's advice and get punished for it. Skipping. He get possessed by some evil something. Bolt left eye has the byakugan and can see the evil that is possessing the boy. So those who are wondering how Bolt has a byakugan it's his own he just has it in his right eye, he just has that scar because it looks cool. Also it doesn't even look like the byakugan. Skipping Some fight on the train skipping.

 

Bolt is late for the academy. So they kept Anko as she was in the ending. Oh the train was damage in the fight so in order to get to the academy they charge it off the rails... instead of hitting the academy it hits Naruto's monument.

I saw a gif where Shikamaru told Naruto he'd have to make a "warm" speech for the people. If he really was that warm person we grew up with he wouldn't have to say that.   

 

It also looks like Naruto has 10x more paperwork than other hokages? Great excuse for being a kitten dad. If the Hokage does all the work it won't be a democracy.

He really shouldn't have that much if he uses shadow clones. Also I heard naruto only became hokage recently then if thats the case then why does bolts have daddy issues.
