Hey guys! Just thought I ask this question on here for those who have tenosynovitis or any experience with it. Recently, I have been diagnosed with tenosynovitis. I'm 24 years old and have always thought myself to be a decently healthy person. I first noticed it started with my fingers and knuckles. They felt sore and would hurt throughout the day. At first I didn't really pay much attention to it as Ive gotten hurt like this before and would heal in a day or two. It's been about 2 and a half months and it still hurts though not as much. It has also started to hurt on my forearms and wrist. I went to the doctor and she told me to rest and wear a brace. I've noticed small improvements in the past 3 weeks but I'm still really worried. Is tenosynovitis something I have to live with or will it heal 100%? What is the best way to heal it if so? It's been really stressing me out lately and worries me. I've never felt pain like this and that has lasted this long before. Thanks for reading.

The longer you leave it untreated the more permanent contractions you'll get. https://www.mayoclin...nt/drc-20371337

Thanks for the advice 😊. Though I don't think this is what I have. My thumbs feel fine. I get an aching pain running up my arm and on my knuckles and palms. Sometimes my wrist.
