Yes those are all vital points that we all must correct from the Kishi/SP ending. Their ending left so many mistakes, flaws, Indiscretions and horrible taste to our beloved story that it would be a breeze for any one of us to make a much better ending that not only would give the "Naruto" series and Naruto Uzumaki's story a proper end but also give the "TRUE" readers of the manga the satisfaction they desired out of it. So Thank You for bringing all those points out for us and we will use them to correct and create a better ending and a Better future series then we have gotten!!!!

Well, at the moment, I can't come up with a good idea. But I'll get back as soon as I can figure out a rough storyline for each of the problem.

thanks for your understanding. as everyone knows im not really an ns fan myself. but ive been interested on nh and ns difference in opinions for years (im neutral on ss and sk. and i hate sh) think this project vs kishi's ending can be a good way to see the difference. just curiousity and nothing else

And that's ok!!! because we are aiming for an audience to understand and like our future project much like any other writer/mangeka. So All in all we appreciate your "Future" viewing pleasure!!!!

Thanks bryan & Metalhead, I'm actually more occupied with a sudden deadline by this Thursday to do some representation for my research project simulation..and I got that news yesterday evening when my project sv called and I was like...WHAT THE  ???? ARE THEY PLANNING ON KILLING ME  ?! I barely got the position and start everything!!! So yeah I'm in my mental mode right now..LoL

Man, with all this mention of how the confession idea I did is too romantic for shonen, I now feel like I gotta redo it to make it work.   THIS isn't gonna be easy, considering I had to rack my brain doing it last time. Oh, well...

There's no need to worry about that, dude. This scene looks like it promises to be one that will take some time to get right. However, I'm sure between everyone here we will all be able to come up with something that works, so don't feel like you have to do all the work 

 

The general consensus seems to be that we shouldn't get too syrupy with the romance aspect in this shonen manga. It can be meaningful and touching, sure, as it should be, but not overly sugary. A difficult combination. Too much and it becomes cheesy and ridiculous. Too little and it becomes cold and detached.

 

I liked your idea of Naruto being isolated somewhere, and Sakura discovering him. Maybe there could be a similar type of meeting, but instead of an outright love confession, they talk about a couple of things; things that have happened throughout their lives, their team, reaching this moment etc. Sakura reaffirms her desire to stand by him and help him to achieve his dream. Perhaps Naruto could repeat what was told to him (was it told to him?) about there being a great woman behind every Hokage. Sakura could give him a smile and take his hand in hers, telling him that he has a great woman standing right next to him instead who's going to help him become Hokage. Naruto gives her a smile and the two start walking away hand in hand. As they walk, Naruto admits that he has always wanted to kiss her forehead, and Sakura puts the pieces together before shouting "...Wait...that was you all those years ago!?"

 

Naruto could meekly reply "Uh...I love you...?"

 

And Sakura could say "...you're lucky that I love you too, or you'd get such a pounding..."

 

Rambling a bit there, but these are just some suggestions.

Alright I figure it's about time we start laying down the SOLID groundwork of how we are going to make the ending and eventually start Part 3. We have been throwing ideas around so far without making a final decision so I figure let's go ahead and start now with the first step being how long we are gonna make the ENDING be? So with that said here's my proposal.......

Most on the forum will agree that Kishi could have written a few more chapters without having to rush his work just to have it complete right at chapter 700. With the series nearing its end it's with a reasonable sense that without having it end at Chapter 700/Volume 72, Kishi and his editors could have made one more volume (Vol.73) or 10 more chapters to complete the series with most of its content settled and not having it a Rushed mess!!! So this is my proposal on the basic frame work of the ending....

-first re-work and re-write chapters 699 and 700 as the complete end of the War Arc.

-Continue on with between 10 or 12 chapters of settling issues still unresolved with kishi's ending including:
1:Naruto's assension to Hokage
2:Sasuke's departure and new life goals of redemption
3:Sakura's feelings towards Sasuke
4:Kakashi's assension to hokage
5:Team Taka, Kabuto, and orochimarus new paths
6:Remaining Konoha 12 stories reaching a conclusion
7:Hinata's character being revamped and changed from her love towards Naruto now being total respect and looking towards the future of the Hyuuga Clan.
8: Naruto and Sakura's romance story
9:Sasuke's and Karin's romance story
10:introduction of Part 3 generation in the last chapters

-and with each chapter within the "New Vol.73" we will create at least one Fanart from different artists, instead of just one, pertaining a certain moment within that chapter. That way it will be less time consuming on our part and it will get the attention and interest of our readers.

So that's my proposal for the the groundwork on part 1 of our project and I believe it can Definetly work out. If any of you have your own proposals go ahead and share. Once we have about 3 or 4 proposals suggested we will come together and vote on which of these we will take action towards. So good luck and we can't wait what you have to say
