Well, she was briefly "jealous" at the beginning of part II when Naruto came back and she saw how much he had "matured."

Just search up Naruto with episode numbers from 136 to 141 on youtube or crunchyroll. 137 is the one where Sakura shows some jealousy.

If there's ever a case where Sakura is jealous over Naruto, I doupt it'll be cause by Ino since she might figure their bond and Sakura's feelings before Sakura does herself. Therefore she'll butt out but will try to convince Sakura to recongize her feelings towards Naruto
