looks like more damage control after that last movie focusing totally on alien hinata and lose any resemblance of team 7 and were chewed out for it by Japanese fan they now trying to make team 7 bond look as strong as possible.

Like that will work, what ticks me off is the fact that all the NH fans on DA are going oh we read it wrong and so much other BS I mean we all know who they are we have all seen them.

expectation: naruto will realize he love hinata on his own accord

 

reality: studio love hinata, hinata fans around him are noisy, ok whatever do that movie however you like.

Honestly, I didn't see the ending as a Team 7 one. It seemed to be another of the endless Sasuke x Naruto ones with Sakura thrown in at the end. I would have preferred ALL of them fighting together from the start.

Surprised by the amount of characters in this filler arc. They certainly splurged on the voice acting. Even Tenten had a line. And it dealt with village politics, which Kishi only really brushed on.

This arc was probably done by SP after knew the ending and The Last. Notice how upfront they were with the ShikaTema flirting in the episode.

kittenema is filled with chemistry. Its a shame Kishi never did more with them.

 

One of the few logical pairings that survived this crappy ending.
