To be honest I liked it and keeps reminding me of Itachi's words... How Minato did it bc he had Kushina and his comrades... And it shows the comrades while Sakura is there, first bigger than them all.. but that is just me. :)

That doesn't sound so bad then. Wish they would actually focus on all of Team 7 instead of just Naruto & Sasuke though.

I absolutely love this opening. It's been a damn long time this hasn't happened to me.

This opening is magnificent.

The music is perfect also.

 

On the other hand... the quality of this episode is again deceiving.... It's better then the two previous ones but I expected more. The drawings are too average... IDK....

 

The ending is meh...

That is the  problem, so do you think that the anime still is going after the movie and possible end  of the series. Other way is that the movie could be the beginning of part 3 and that is why the anime still going right?

Y'know, for all the crap that the manga has been, it's pretty amazing the anime studio can still churn out high-quality openings like these. Hoping that this band gets to do the Tartaros arc in FT as an alternative option.

EDIT: Now I remember which opening this reminded me of. Bleach's OP #13. Since the anime was done by the same studio, this is a great shout-out. Hats off to you, Pierrot!!!

really? Wasn't it Obito on the ground when Minato's preveting Kakashi to kill him ?

Yes there is also Obito on the ground with Minato preventing Kakashi to kill him. This panel is really quick.

And at the very end, you can see both Sasuke and Naruto falling.
