So i was bored thinking about Naruto and 3 interesting questions poped into my head.

1. Madara said had Itachi known Madara's secret Madara would be dead when Sasuke accidentally used amaterasu on Madara. So what would Itachi have done to get around Madara's power and what is this power?
2. How did Danzou get Shisui's chakra in his arm along with one of his sharingan eyes also why did Danzou say he wanted Kabuto to fix his arm and eye even though Danzou's sharingan worked fine after he left for the Kage summit?
3. If Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susano'o are the Mangekou Sharingan techniques then how does Kakashi use Kumai (the dimensional rift) with his MS and does this mean each MS user has their own individual MS techniques?
