I'm really curious to this, and I hope this doesn't break any rules and is in the right spot, but what if NS didn't happen hypothetically, I'm 110% sure it will happen but I would like to hear how people would react if it didn't happen.

I would be extremely upset, and never read anything created by Kishi again.

The only reason I keep reading this series is because I want to see where the NaruSaku relationship will go and how it ends. It would be nice if they ended up together, but they don't have so long as there's an overwhelming tearjerking heartfelt confession between them. I see the latter happening more than the former, I think. Didn't Kishimoto say he wanted to make at least two couples canon in Part II? Of course, there's no telling if he's going to make more, but we've seen those two couples now; Asuma/Kurenai and Jiraiya/Tsunade.

...yeah.. I was going somewhere with this, but I can't seem to remember where exactly..

Actually Kitten, Jiraiya & Tsunade wouldn't be consider canon, although they have feelings for one another they never hooked up!

That would be my thoughts exactly (minus the "-ttebayos")

With NaruSaku happening...I really have no qualms.

In my mind (and in the PLOTS directing...)

NaruSaku is GONNA happen.

So why worry over it, right?

(I can sometimes be more of a foot-in-the-mouth Naruto personality than I usually let on...'Specially when my tongue gets waggin'...and the -ttebayos start flyin' XD)

It certainly was a good thought prevoking thing 2 ask...

As I said before, if NaruSaku didn't work out...I'd probably live. *shrugs*

A few VCRs of some old Disney movies...a scoop of my mom's home-made peppermint ice cream with melted dark-chocolate on top, a few good fanfics to drown myself in, and a new chapter under-way for my latest fic...

And I'd be good as new.

Well if it wasn't meant to be, then I'll accept it (after I finishing ranting/cursing about Kishi giving us false hope about giving the star of his creation a romantic life with the apple of his eye ) which gives me to move on.

I'd be kind of upset at first and hide from other couple shippers who'd want to rub it in my face, but after a while I'd get over it and move on. After all, it is a Shounen manga, so romance is never guaranteed.

i think that it would be an extreme mood killer and possibly one of the worst moves kishi would ever do in his career. kishi might not be the romancy type guy but even he has to see the connection and hes been giving hints. for series of naruto to end without narusaku... lets just say hate mail would overload kishi for the next 5 months:)
