What appears to be Dzhokhar's page on the Russian social networking website VKontakte carries a link dated 9 April to a video showing scenes of what appears to be government forces' brutality in the Syrian civil war. A YouTube account in the name of Tamerlan Tsarnaev features a clip with an Arabic audio track in which a man draws a parallel between Chechnya and Syria.

Lets hope they get some good info out of them.... Are terrorist subject to torture for the means of gaining intel, I should probably research this a little. Lets hope the judge's can give out a sentence that is befitting his crime, because I think incarceration for life would be a little to easy on him.

I feel kind of sorry for this guy.... but with the rotten luck he's had this week, I actually can't decide whether I should chuckle or pity him. With that kind of rotten luck, I'm kind of impressed with his nerves. That said, his friends are probably darkly joking, everywhere he seems to go, explosions always seem to go off nearby.

Why are people making such a fuss over the Miranda rights thing? Yes, it should have been done of course. There's no reason in my mind for them to continue to refuse to do it other than they want to have free rein in their interrogations. But if people keep making a big deal out of it there's going to be a bloody glove that doesn't fit the hand during the trial, if you catch my meaning.
