Hey there guys,

It's been a while since I've started any kind of thread here so eh, I thought about it and yea. Here it is! TADA!

Recently, this shop in my home town has started to have Yugioh duels every Saturday, and seeing that most of the poeple that I hang out with attended these so called duels I tagged along one time and bamm! now I have started to do the same.

Basically, I'm starting this thread to see who else here still collects or even uses their cards. Basic discussions and all that fun junk.


I guess I'll start it off ( and if this thing is in the wrong forum I'm sorry )

My decks, as of right now, is a Diffrent Dimension Deck; although some of the stuff I have in it is pretty rare. I got a original Mirror Force and some other goddies but yea that basically it. hahah Lame I know..but hey if anyone else has anything, just HOLLLA

I still have my Yu-Gi-Oh cards tucked away somewhere I think, I sold some of them away but I still keep some of my main cards, they are pretty old though so I can't say that my deck will put a dent on anyone anymore. Among those that I still own are: Raigeki, Hearpy Father Duster, Megamorph, Blue eyes white dragon, Blue eyes Ultimate Dragon, and good ol' Kuriboh. Other than that, my cards basically just the basics monster/spell/trap card.

Now taking a serious turn to this thread.

I used to do the Cannon Soldier / Black Petra / a trap card that revives your monsters for a cost of 500 LPs combo.

It was cheap. Easy. But then again , the chances of me getting those cards into play was of 1/120, considering that you get 6 cards in your 1st card handing , it softens the blow. But taking that away it's a 1/150 chance.

And I think I had a Millennium Shield in the mix? Whooping 3000 defense points , 0 attack. Loved playing in defense and make my enemy so..mad. LOVEDDDD IT.

Also , I heard they took out Cyber Frankenstien off of tournaments. Which I think it's a shame , considering I terminated people like that.

" Get Cyber-Twin-Head Dragon ; Trap Hole ; Magic Jammer ( If there's any trap trying to nullify my Trap Hole ) , Cyber-blah dies , I win because you just wasted half of your life points away. Hur hur. "

But yeahhh. That was back when I could afford to play those games. Now I don't have the patience to stand for some Yu-Gi-Oh DMX (GX) and that D5 garbage new cards that just make the old decks obsolete. Yeah, Yu-Gi-Oh is pokemon in shapes of cards, always bringing something new to the table.....

Nice haha. 'm not sure if they did take Cyber Frankenstien out of the official tournament rules. I know that there are a bunch of new restricted cards on the list, including Exodia and Monster Reborn. Monster Reborn though was banned for quite a while if I can remember right... Yea I agree with you man, some of the new cards that have been released are INSANE..they kill off any of the old cards in a matter of seconds.

The cards I have the biggest problem with are the six Samurai/Warrior cards, I think their way to over powered, but that's just me.

I don't go to duels and such, but I do collect cards.

I have a Dragon deck, and it's stored in my box of goodies in a storage compartment somewhere. I mostly play the PSP version of the game, since it's portable, and I can use every card!

Well i still have all my cards, though they're all from the first season.

I had gotten lucky with the packs and got all th cards necessary for the Relinquished Ritual summon as well as the components tp summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic with a wapping 3200 ATK and 2800 Def, as well as many magic and spell cards to upgrade the attack and def.

Also have a good trap card called "Type Zero Magic Crusher" which inflicts 500 to the opponites LP per sacraficed magic card, which could do serious damage to the opponent is they were stupid enough to fall for it.

I think i have a few fake cards, such as a full Exodia set and a spanish card called "The Ring of Life and Death", which traps Dragon type monsters and either destroys them on contact or traps them and controls them, sort of like Relinquished does.

I think ones of these days im gonna sell everything though since i havn't touched them for about 5 years :/

Well at least there are some people that still collect them haha. I've got alot of freinds that say the same thing about collecting Yuigoh cards, but switching over to Pokemon haha.

Well I'm just gonna throw this out there. I'm all up for taking any unwanted Yugioh card, or even trading of that would be the case. While I'm at it, I do need a Goyo Guardian so if anyone has it and is willing to trade or anything like that give me a holla ight? haha

I stopped at 'bout a thousand cards in my collection. All relatively old cards, since I was one of the first in the game. Kinda feel prideful of being a Veteran of Yu-Gi-Oh when it was still sane :3

This card game is the best in my opinion, it's where I learned to become a great mathematician. I quit about 3 times, and over those 3 times I got back on the boat. It's addicting really..

Well, My deck is a really powerful magician deck.. Dark Magician girl, and Exodia plus that new freaking awesome Exodius card, plus mirror force. And Solemn Judgment. Dark Magic Curtain.

I may start to duel again next season, I'm going to regionals and that jazz. I'll kill those cheap synchro cards..

Oh man! I used to have a WHOLE tin box full of Yu-gi-oh cards! A friend of mine gave them to me a while back but I moved and I havent seen them ever since I miss them now that I've seen this thread...
