LOL, it's nice to know there are DW fans in other parts of the world, not only in Britain. Although I overall hated the episode, I liked Maggie Arwell's performance.
Do you think Sakura would be a stay at home mom?

How this links to the topic, one may ask?
Maggie Arwell, her husband goes "missing" during WW2, kept it a secret from her kids and hid her pain for a few years. Then, her kids go missing in an alien world, she is faced by 3 soldiers, feigns crying causing them to drop their guns, and then pull a gun on them. One of them says that he can tell she's never used a gun in her life, she retorts by saying, "Oh yeah? Well I'm looking for my children," causing the aforementioned soldier to adopt a classic "Oh, crap" face.
Then, she pilots a gigantic walker through acid rain and, while she doesn't totally reach where her kids and The Doctor are, she crashes right in front of the entrance, braves through acid rain with just a sweater for protection, and in the end, saves the souls of an entire species, her kids, The Doctor, plus her husband (due to some timey-wimey spacefuture traveling), and lands a spaceship just in time for Christmas morning.
If a normal (fictional) mother from 1945 can do that, then someone like Sakura can do all that and more, yes including the whole piloting a giant walker, in the defense of her children.
Plus, even if she doesn't become a stay-at-home mom, their children have 10 or so other Aunts and Uncles and their masters to help protect them.

Sasori's and Kakashi's mothers as well. I think Sakura might temporarily retire from going on missions, but remain a medic- a village doctor being a mother of even young children wasn't uncommon in rural Japan up to the 20th century. Naruto will be working a much less daily combat job that mostly keeps him in the village a lot too, so maybe they will take turns on who watches the kids each day at work (look how easily Konohamaru had entrance to his grandfather... and it sounded like it was a frequent occurrence too. ) You know Naruto would get the biggest kick out of his hyper kids driving the elders crazy.... Where Sakura would probably take the kids along on home or hospital visits to patients who liked children- and quickly teach the kids to tone down the hyper and amp up the adorable on those days.

I think she would still heal at the hosptital but not be a completely active ninja until at least her child reaches 3 or 4. Sakura wouldn't go on dangerous missions but still do an odd one either way.
Like I said, Sakura would be torn between her duty to her child and her duty as a ninja.

Although I doubt Sakura would force her children to become bookworms and not being able to train so they can get stronger.

Anyways, uhm, I'm sure if Naruto was hokage by then I don't know if Sakura would be allowed out of the village.. And I thought they didn't give Naruto the Namikaze name because Minato had a lot of enemies? I mean, Konohamaru pretty much gloated about his grandfather.. And everyone knew about Tsunade's grandfather; i'm sure it's not much of a secret if a Kage has a kid. Didn't they know the Raikage was son of the previous Raikage or something? Well anyways, I think she'd stay with said kid/kids for a year or two... I feel like Sakura would be enthusiastic about being a mother, haha.
(excuse any errors.. It's been quite a long time and i'm getting back into the manga. Finally caught up.)

@Shippuden Gril: Naruto didn't recive the Namikaze name because Minato was no longer around to protect him from his (Minato's) enemies, Konohamaru had his parents, uncle and his grandfather to protect him when he was young and later came Ebisu and Naruto, Tsunade like Konohamaru had her parents, her grandpartents and her grandunlce and later she had Hiruzan when she became his student.
