Here it is, it's the look on the right. See the way shes leaning over, the placement of her hand. But what really shows it is her smirk and the way her eyes are half lidded.

When I see that and then the line in the previous page, it screams NaruSaku to me. Oh, what I mean by the line is that Naruto says "we are getting closer to Sasuke" and then Sakura has the shocked look. I keep thinking she heard "we are getting closer" but then "to Sasuke" meaning that she may have thought differently of the line. Maybe it is clear to her that they are becoming close. Also like the bio lesson lol.

Well, that was from the anime, unfortunately (I'm talking about Sakura saying "she won't feed Naruto" part, notice the quotes...
