I know right?! I keep watching this trailer over and over again and the timeline is completely f**cked up no matter how you look at it. It's so hard to piece when happens when. I thought it was when she fell too, but she's on the mission like you said...

Hinata is only a pretty trophy for Naruto. She won't talk back/she'll do anything for him/she looks like a baby doll.

Is it safe to say that this series is the most displeased series of all time or at least top 5. I have never seen so many hatred in this. I'm not talking about here only. Just spreading across the board.

I think what I find the most irritating about this movie is that it shows such blatant contempt to NaruSaku fans that have always had to contend with SS and NH, and in the end, not only had the manga disregarded almost entirely, which was the one thing that NS always had in their favour, disregard, but more than that, the entire relationship has been retroactively dismantled and put back together in the worst way possible, reduced to a shadow of its former self, and there is no way Kishimoto/SP didn't know what they were doing and how that would affect a considerable portion of the Naruto fanbase.

 

It is quite frankly the most disgusting and contemptuous treatment of a fan base I can think of it.

The kidnapping thing is so strange. She's falling in casual clothes, about to fight in ninja clothes, then being saved by Naruto in her wedding outfit. How the hell does she just change clothes like this

Yeah I don't know why the hell he is going out of his way to make this as painful as possible. Shows he is a real a**hole, he could have made NH canon and not completely destroy Naruto and Sakura's bond I mean it's just awful.

True love is falling for that cutie in elementary school and sticking to that obnoxious attraction until your preteens. This is despite, ya know, never interacting with him.

Then you hit 13 and are finally grown enough to develop deep, mature, and pure feelings of unconditional love for the guy despite not understanding him, receiving little to no special attention from him, and apparently not seeing or liking anything noteworthy about him aside looks.

Then when you don't see him for three years, that love is still pure and unconditional.

When you sparingly see him for the next two years and have 9/10 negative interactions with him, that love will continue to be strong and mature. In fact, it might still be growing.

When you've become too used to him being rude and disregarding your life to even be surprised by it, that love is clearly pure and strong.

When he finally apologizes for all the physical and emotional abuse, true love is literally forgetting all of it. Just flip a switch and forget it all. Because he apologized and that should be enough to erase all the fear, hurt, reluctance, and distrust he's caused you to feel all these years. Time to go back to acting and feeling how you did 5 years ago.

So real love is arbitrarily emotionally investing yourself in a guy you barely seem to really know. It's refusing to move on from him despite no promise of a relationship and the constant misery he brings you. If you decide to move on from these feelings to someone else it would make you a terrible person. This is closely connected to the fact that once a girl falls for a guy at a young age, she's screwed unless she can screw him.
