The ending makes no sense, but it’s just a manga, so I the only thing I will do is never reading again anything from Kishimoto. There is a lot of questions, and I’m not refering only to the pairings here. 
699/700 without Sakura and Naruto interaction. Like their bond had never existed. Not even as a friends.

I really hate how Kishimoto handled Sakura. And he didn’t even gave NS resolution. Naruto needed to at least talk with her if Kishimoto intented an ass pull.

I could have let NH happen if Hinata were more showed interacting with Naruto through the manga and him slowly falling for her. But anything Naruto»>Hinata until the last chapter? That’s just bad writing. I know Hinata is a side character, but Hinata never knew about his dreams, never really knew him. She admired him and wanted to be with him, but was never involved in anything with him??? If you want to make a final couple, you need to develop slowly their bond and show it from both sides, not just one. A movie won’t fix that.
As for Sasusaku, they have the only kid that is cute, besides Asuma/Kurenai kid. Well, Bolt is… so so. 4 chapters ago Kakashi said Sakura didn’t want to make Sasuke hers and now they are married? Bad writing. And don’t let me started with all he has done to her. And that he never showed romantic interest on her. If at least that part had be foreshadowed it would be more believable. 

What happened to Karin, Suigetsu and Jugo? Isn’t Jugo supossed to be with Sasuke because he’s the only one who can control him? What happened to the rest of characters? What was Orochimaru purpouse? Kabuto? How the hell happened SaIno after him saying she’s ugly in his mind? Chouji and Karui? Did they ever talk? Kiba and the cat girl? What? Lee had his kid, I hope it was with TenTen. At least an obvious pairing is canon, that makes sense, and was really foreshadowed through the entire manga is Shikamaru with Temari. A good writer gives the resolution to all the characters, not only 2 or 3. Kishimoto needs an advice from George R.R. Martin of how treat woman, how write development for characters, how write about love.

How did Kakashi become Hokage? Tsunade just retired? All the important parts to the principal plot were avoided.
Naruto has a laptop? Did the computer even existed when he was a kid? Konoha is New York?
Where is Hanabi?????? What happened to the Hyuga clan?? If Hinata is married with Naruto, she can’t be the Heiress. Her kids not even have Byakugan. 

Kishimoto just pooped in all he has done with this.
The worst of all this is that he has ruined the concepts he has been creating for all the characters for 15 years. What happened with Sakura and Naruto friendship? After Sasuke came back…Sakura asked him to go with him?? Sakura is not like that, even if she loves Sasuke, making her do that right away he is in the village means she used Naruto, and I’m disgusted because Sakura was my favorite character.

After all that was hinted in the manga, focusing on Sasuke/Naruto bond, Sakura/Naruto bond, he just erased everything?  Why did Minato never knew Hinata then? Why wasn’t she the one who helped him? Why Kishimoto draw her tripping? Why SK and NS were mirrored there? 

I’m definitely not watching The Last and not reading anything Kishimoto related. I’m dissapointed.

Anyways about the chapter.....I found it quite hilarious.

Sasuke got everything in the end due to his Uchiha bloodline and just because he was friends with Naruto. He's got power, acknowledgement, a family he doesn't deserve, and his best friend's love interest (The reason why Sakura became one of the strongest kunoichi with that never giving up attitude was because she got influenced by Naruto. But in the end, Sakura became all cool, powerful and beautiful just to be taken away by Sasuke and be a housewife).

And look at Naruto......he doesn't look happy. I see no single panel of him with that sunshine smile. Does he look like he's proudly looking over Konoha? I would expect him to be shown like Hiruzen, looking at the village proudly with a smile. To make matters worse, his kid feels neglected by him and goes his way to try to trouble him. Not to mention, he ended up with someone who he clearly wasn't interested(who didn't even have a single page in Naruto's part of the databook). A pairing fodder who has no decent ninja abilities, goals, or priorities. All he really gained was the hat. His best friend isn't there, the love of his life isn't there, he doesn't have an understanding family, and his so called friends other than Shikamaru aren't there to support him (when they should appear smiling at him in the end!) All these years of hard work, and this is what he gets?

So I read chapter 700 and laughed. Naruto was OOC as kitten lol. He hit his kid who wanted to gain his attention due to being neglected. Why the hell would Naruto neglect his kid when he suffered the same thing in his childhood? And all the comfort he could give his kid is that, "He's a Hokage and he's busy" and blah blah blah. Um no, Minato would have NEVER treated Naruto that way were he alive.
His parenting skills have failed.

And it's laughable because all the new gen kunoichi became a housewife sans Kurotsuchi. Oh and is Karin dead?

Do you really think this is the ending? Have you ever seen any story where the main character has been treated horribly this much by the author? Is this ending really possible for the guy who had worked hard for fifteen years?

Hence, I'll wait for the movie.

WHY IS THE LAST NOT ABOUT THEM?  Shouldn't the other main villain of the manga (besides Sasuke) have one final plot for world domination?

Hahahaha I had a good laugh reading 699/700. Good thing spoilers came out the other day, or else I'd be in tears right now. Out of all the ships, I didn't think it'd be us to sink. There was no "closure" or interaction between Naruto and Sakura, which is pretty sad. But then again, maybe that's a good thing. It would've been heartbreaking to see what they had to say.... As for the SS scene, it's hard to believe that happened because sasuke didn't show any interest in her throughout this entire manga. And naruto and hinata standing next to each other in 699, is that their so called development?! What about that conversation w/ Sai? I can't believe naruto didn't confess to sakura...and I can't believe sakura was willing to leave the village once again with sasuke. Well, The closest thing we got to team 7 interaction in this chapter is when Kakashi and sakura said goodbye to sasuke and naruto was behind the tree. That doesn't seem very happy to me. To see it all end like this is such a shame. When I found out Naruto was ending I was sad, because my childhood :(, but now I'm just happy it's finally over. This manga is not worth shedding any tears. As for the part 3 with their kids, I am no longer interested in his work like many others on this forum. I hope he realizes that he has lost many of his fans.

That's your choice but just watch it online, don't actually go somewhere to pay to see this. This man does not deserve anymore or our money or time.

 

The manga is where it counts, a movie should not be where you develop things. It just proves how sloppy of a write Kishi truly is.

Before. He gave up when he persisted in hammering redemption for everyone, Somewhere around Danzou's death. 

I think it was Sakura's confession after that nothing seemed right he purposely made Naruto and Sakura avoid each other  until 631 but than made the parallel gave them some interaction but it was mostly on Sakura's end and now we get that it wasn't  anything romantic while at the same being emphasized that she's the one believing  and protecting his dream  and at same time make Hinata fall on her face  WHY ? This is what makes no sens .

I'm glad I didn't waste more years reading Kishi's story.

Incredible the way he just re-wrote everything and everyone's development and then slapped it all together and called it a day.

 

Best love story ever.   Like I said before I can shallow NH but trying to justify SS is just stupid.

Can you people imagine spending your entire life with someone who was going to kill you and having his children.

Willingly pleasuring someone who tried to kill you. This is something I can't even find words to describe it. It's that bad.

 

In the end Naruto treats his son just like he was treated like garbage.

He learned nothing in his entire life.

True NH can make some sens but not much really where is the interaction where are the romantic signs  that Naruto had for Sakura were is that awe look he had for Sakura that proud face ? Oh we get it in a freaking movie after not talking to each other for two freaking years after the war but Scarf chan can solve everything  and the worst of it is this god forsaken author thinks this good romance that he always wanted to write  kitten he has no clue what love is let alone how to write a romance story after all LOVE DOESN'T NEED A REASON BUT IT NEEDS FOR PARING LIKE MK DANTSU    Apparently love is having murder attempts , insults , indifference , emotional abuse of the worst kind with Chidori trough the hear  but a lousy sorry fix everything and gave you "feels" disgusting

We got to know stuff about Ino and kitten, but Kabuto and Orochimaru? Villains are insignificant... Kabuto's back to the orphanage right? It doesn't need to make it appear on panel, right? We have to guess

Obito you had the balls, you should have been the protagonist of this story, you have all the good stuff: You're an uchiha, super important in this manga if you want some panel time; and above all, you actually would never give up, if not for the brainwash asspull

... seriously this end is so wrong in many ways, that I wonder if this was based on a bad fanfiction, a really bad one, I think any NH fan could have made a better and more convincing ending
