Does anyone have any idea WHY is takes so long for Ouran Host Club to be translated? Naruto comes out on Wednesday and is ready by Friday, but Ouran takes around 1-3 weeks to translate and release! Why is this?

Because Naruto is still a very popular series, and so the demand for almost immediate translations is still pretty high.
Ouran's translation demand...not so much.
It's all about supply and demand ^^
