Its from the Bikaicho arc, after Naruto told her that he ruined the mission by farting. He tried to escdape her wrath by disguisning himself with Sexy no jutsu but the bug followed him and she saw it and voila concussion.

i think it was a mission to find sasuke if they got this bug to track him. but the bug got the scent of naruto's fart instead of sasuke's headband. so the bug followed naruto.

sakura heard and was ticked and chased naruto all around......until well she karate chopped his head. XD lol naruto felt bad...and was scared!!

^^ Well, I don't think that arc was designed to actually succeed. Remember, after the Jiraya/Naruto/Sakura's journey to find the hideout, everything that precedes it was just supposed to be pointless in terms of the actual plot.

Btw, speaking of filler arcs, I can recall this one time where Hinata actually hit Naruto during a part one filler arc. At that time there was a clone Naruto that was causing mischief, out of the ordinary kind, and Hinata mistaken the real one for that imposter. So, yeah, if any anti-narusaku fans or naruhina fans that says that they should not be together because she hits Naruto, point them to that.

That Bikochu Arc was just ridiculous. First they introduce the First Tsuchikage as a glorified bee-keeper (Iwa must have REALLY upgraded with Muu and Oonoki, LOL). Then, I distinctly remember facepalming when Shino mentioned how Hinata's random laser technique was superior to Neji's style. Seriously, what the heck was that all about?

Though I wonder what would happen if the anime team brought that technique back during the War Arc. I doubt even Madara could defeat "Super Ultimate Mary Sue Hinata" and her "Unbeatable Laser Beam Jutsu". LOL.

I can't find a video of that specific move, but it's in episode 151 if you really want to see it. It's funny how overpowered a technique that's so far only been used in a Part I filler is. Even funnier is how the anime team almost retcons their own fillers, since in the Part II Sanbi Arc the best move Hinata can pull off is Eight Trigrams 32 Palms. Maybe she got weaker over the timeskip, LOL.

Sigh, oh well, I suppose it's sort of entertaining if you just regard the episodes as filler and nothing more. It's just how a certain fraction of the Naruto fandom takes these scenes as canon that makes this sort of thing a little frustrating.

Well, I guess "romance" is too strong a word. But whatever was going on between them, I liked it.

I just can't wait for the anime to get back to the canon storyline, especially with everything that's been going on in the manga lately.
