I usually don't give a damn what NH/SS says, but there was one comment that irritated me to hell.

So right now Sakura's popularity amongst the Japanese readers are increasing mostly due to her bangs. Every chapter with a Sakura panel has lots of comments on the chapter thread saying that Sakura is cute. (It's a general chapter thread, not a pairing one.) Recently we had the same Sakura cute comments for chapter 654.

"Sakura is cute again this chapter!"

"The bangs really fit her."

"She looks great on the cover!"

All was going fine and dandy, until one guy commented,"That's because there's Sasuke. Sakura looks cute when Sasuke is nearby."

WTF!? Nobody was talking about pairings until this guy had to put in his biased comment. What does Sakura's looks have to do with Sasuke's appearance? Does he think that Sakura went all like, "Sorry, alliance members. Now that Sasuke is here I must be gone for one hour to curl my eyelashes." ?

I don't know why and I am probably overreacting, but this comment annoyed me more than all those pathetic NH/SS arguments ever did.

 
And THAT my friends is what is considered a anti-Sakura comment!!!! *clap clap clap* Forget Sakura is showing how badass she is, Forget that she is strong and independent  on her own, Forget she was praised by her master for a job well done, and Forget that she even impressed Senju Hashirama of all people. WHAT IS IMPORTANT, is that she is showing off in front of Sasuke, needing his "manly" praise and affection. What I can say is "THANK YOU SIR", You have shown real Sakura fans, how not to act. Okay that sarcasm aside (and let me know if I have crossed the line) the point is that actual fans of Sakura would celebrate her character development and praise her finally showing how great she is and NOT mention for once that she is just a love interest for someone else. Really, You'd think that it was established that her character goes beyond that.

Yeah. I mean, You will find that A LOT of sites are doing selective reading out there but, those other ones are just trying to prevent Flame wars because to fair, talking about hints of affection only make things get out of hand because Shipping is far from reasonable online mostly with all the arguments and insults; It even happens here from time to time. But yeah that one is definitely being biased for being so absolutist on Sakura's feelings. My advice is to not try find Western made sites that will support Sakura and Naruto's relationship. Trust me, there are not many.

Naruto say/thought/imply that he love sakura, would make nh chance to become canon pairing is like as good as crack pairing.

No wonder many deny or say that ch. 631 is a joke. Because if they acknowledge it, it's the same with tell that no matter what Hinata do to naruto, he will always love sakura EVER. NO SAKURA NO WEDDING, NO SHINAKICHU.

Most of them weren't that great. A lot were made when I was still immature about discussing ship wars. There was some bashing, and a ton of fighting in the comment sections, which is part of the reason why I deleted them. Though I was proud of a few of them, and I wish I could have kept those up, however I was going to get into trouble for copyright infringement. Getting reported for my video on #615 was the worst. I worked so hard on that one...

 

Oh well. I could start uploading again, but this time without displaying any panels from the manga. I just need to find the time, patience, and material.

Last time i went on those sites, One guy obviously NH/SS compared to 631 Minato's comment to DBZ where Goku peeks Bulma's kitten to explain that NS is not going to happen.

Actually they had a conversation on the end of part 1( i dont think it was on the end of part 1 i dont know well) when naruto visited the training field and he found out her stalking him.

But that's kinda the only ones. It's still a wonder how one can base an entire pairing, making fansites, (realistic) fanfics and manifestos about it when they have a total of 6 interactions. By Naruto's standards the pairing has little to base itself on.

Naruto's most emphazised bond is with Sasuke, then Sakura, then Jiraiya, Shikamaru, Iruka and so on. Hinata is way down there, although she is in top 10. Q_Q

 

(I believe Naruto loves Sasuke and Sakura equally, it's just a bit unclear because 1. the storyline is about him and Sasuke and 2. His bond with Sakura hasn't been challenged in that way.)

Thank you for the feedback. Btw, that's still fits to plot demands/development for Hinata with the whole failure thoughts. Remember, she needed some acknowledgement from him as well as Naruto needed something to talk about against Neji, which ended up being proud failure speech to Neji. Naruto and Hinata is about getting a piece of the info in order to get an idea. The sad part is when he does, he place her in the same group as others, never a separate case.

Me too, but maybe that is because he is expecting Sasuke to die? Or maybe because Sakura is his constant compainion? I like to think he really has a deeper (platonic) bond with Sakura, but my bias might be in the way of proper reading comprehension. It is because his bond with Sasuke is fundamentally based on common pain, not on interaction. I don't think Naruto and Sasuke got as far as him and Sakura did, mainly because Sasuke left just when they had become friends.

I mean Sasuke is most because Naruto wants to save him and for being his "best friend".

But that wont change nothing, Obito is already redeemed or already give up on his plan.

As for Sakura getting hurt for Naruto, also doesnt proves nothing other than making her act like a damsel in distress, we already know that Naruto still loves her, killing her or she being injured wont change this.

Seeing that Naruto has his Rin also doesnt help because it's shown that his failure was because Rin was his only source of strenght while Naruto showed all his friends.

Kishi avoided enforcing Naru/Saku on Obito to TnJ him because it would make the pairings canon already.

If anything when it comes to the most emphasized bonds for naruto yes his friendship/rivalry with Sasuke is the most prominent and important. Narutos relation with sakura however is the second most important on naruto but the most frequent boy girl relationship, if anything it's the relation with a lot of ups and downs but deep friendship and growth between them. It's mostly positive but naruto and sakura have helped each other grow and go further into the story. Aside from Sasuke, there's no doubt that narutos relation with sakura has been heavily emphasized in the course of the story.

For everyone else, naruto thinks of the remaining k11 members equally, I mean he gives more attention like shikamaru or sai but if we count everyone, sakura and Kakashi and Sasuke get most if his attention but constantly switch in and out. Then others like shikamaru, sai, tsunade, jiraya, and so in get a lot of attention or interaction with naruto but hinata falls behind many of these guys. She has some notable moments with naruto but it's not enough to go on and just say offical pairing, I mean if nh came with so little only occurring in the battlefields, I would personally be disgusted that this came about only in the worst situations like pain and Neji's death. That's kinda sick and wrong. Even then 615, it's more about sacrifice and retaining hope, ending the story of naruto and both Hugyas, hinata will get some stuff wrapped up but with this being the second to last battle of all majors events and sakura and Sasuke still being unresolved, it made so many of us go whoa whoa people and nh fans, 615 can't be it, this cannot be all. And look at that, this past may we got a chapter that was not only a turnaround, it caused us to have not only the satisfaction of having been right about sakura and Kushina this whole time, the fact this also had minatos input, a build on the foreshadow from Kushina, to have a chapter like 631 come after 615, it caused such an uproar, such chaos that morning, so many fans flipped out and complained that Kishi didn't know his own story anymore. The impacts of this caused so much more damage then cheering fans had on 615, it was like 615 was a Christmas gift only for 631 to be a grand late April fools joke to anyone who thought 615 made everything set in stone. I'm honestly worried about what will happen next mutual positive ns moment occurs,nespcially if naruto confesses to sakura or she confesses and naruto accepts the 2nd time. It had to hurt most that naruto still liked the idea of sakura as his girlfriend which is a good indicator he still loves sakura.

It's just that with naruto and Sakura's relation being the scone most emphasized on naruto himself, the main character, how could people honestly be suprised by this?
