Do you think it will be made canon after the Kaguya fight at some point (pre-timeskip), some time post timeskip or at the very, very, very end?

Probably at the very very end.

I'll take my guess as unresolved canon in the middle of the fight -- (something happens to trigger an abrupt confession / moment possibly), then a complete resolve later on after even if small.

Hopefully it won't. There really isnt anything stopping NS from being canon after the fight (SS has officially been killed off, they both know they love each other) Kishi would have to make a real asspull to delay it even further which considering the most recent chapter wont surprise me.

 

I dont think it will happen at the very end since NS has been focused upon like 70% of the series, I don't think Kishi is building all this up just for an ending like "I love you" "I love you too".

 

Not to sound like a broken record here but also given the RTN interview we'll either have one more timeskip or Naruto and Sakura will get married at some point in before the ending because Kishi confirmed that Naruto will have a son by the end.

Like I said they both are in love with each other and they know it and Naruto openly stated that he considers Sakura his girlfriend and Sakura didn't deny it like she did with Konohamaru

 

who knows maybe the final NS bomb Minato will drop will be him saying "you know you never did answer my question" and she herself confirms that they are a couple.

I have two options; it can be early if Kishimoto cannot  resist in put more spoilers in the movie. it can be late if Kishimoto decides make part 3 and make Sakura and Hinata rivals.

i would really prefer even before the last chapter actually cause the sooner Narusaku happens the sonner i "party" (lol u know wht i mean xp)and im pleased cx

It depend on naruto confession.
If it happen in the next arc, we could say NS is canon.
If it not happen, the canonization happen in the very end of the manga.
