EEEEEEH, which one wins? I'm not all that interested in comparing fictional work in terms of popularity or power levels for fight scenes, truth be told
Seiya won with just the Bronze Cloth against Goku SSJ3. This the third time I saw people outside from the SS fandom who thinks that Seiya is OP. You have to look the analysis in the beginning and why Seiya won just for fun then tell me what you think, you don't have to look the fight, but see why Seiya won.

I don't know the reason why even thought they showed the Gold Cloth in the video game of crossover of shounen still they didn't put the Gold Cloth to Seiya, possible they are not fans of SS. Seiya won, but I didn't like because needed more analysis. I hope ScrewAttack do this, they do more research even if Seiya lost I will be Salty, but if they do a good research I will happy.

Yeah, a proper analysis of their powers should be done before making a victory, although again all these cross over fights have always been more about bias than facts lol so that's why I don't really worry about it too much

Yeah I know. God cloth is a mortal cloth enhanced by the power of a god i.e. Athena's blood (So Seiya actually got Saori's fluids on him then lol) 
Kamui is the armor worn by the Olympus twelve, yes?
