I'm sure this has been said, but the last chapters and the essentially the entire ending of this manga was just to jumpstart part 3….which sucks.

I'm sure ppl r getting over it by now, but I kittening hate it…why would u do something like this…look at the damn OVA everyone was expecting this…u spent 700 chapters of pure manga/romance tropes on NS….and then u pull this bull kitten!?!?!?

Which is why we can't find the minutest trace of logic in the ending. High-five though. On another note, we're practically the same age.

so NH SS became canon.

They need a bloody movie to explain why it happened because they know it was such a big ass pull that there's no other way to explain it. Even a movie though, won't even make up that kitten outcome. I'm just going to pretend naruto: the last doesn't exist. I don't even want to imagine the horrible relationship naruto & Sakura are going to have. The ultimate OOCness. LOL GOODBYE.

The movie is meant for the $ but I hope it blows.

I'm jus glad so many people from japan agree that the ending was horrible. Not because of the couples but just everything about it was HORRIBLE.

I've been saying his quite a while(but it's for real this time lol)

But I'm gonna log out from this website for a while. This website is too much of a reminder of the couple I loved dearly & to end up not being canon. Never have I loved an anime so much. Apart from inuyasha & Sakura card captors. This manga has truly captured my heart. The characters, the bonds, EVERYTHING. & for it to end like this? With a disappointing ending? It broke my heart. 8 years following the manga for this ? It destroyed me.

I don't know when I'll be coming back on this website but I just want to let you guys know that you're probably one of the best fandom I've ever met. You guys are truly aspiring & strong. & no kitten can tell you other wise. Please, never forget that NS is the beautiful & true pairing & that in our eyes it's canon.

I need to seriously focus on my life now. I can't always be distraught by a manga ending lol. But you know, it happens when you fall in love with something.

This is not a goodbye, but more of a "see you later" (:

How can Naruto lust after Sakura? She never have anything to lust after in part 1

I thought Sakura was rather pretty in Part 1. For a 12 year old boy Naruto probably thought she was hot lol.
At least he showed some sexual attraction for her unlike Hinata. NH fanatics should watch their words if they don't want it turned against them.

Welp. There you go. This pretty much confirms to me that he wasn't planning any love story, and just threw it in for drama. That's why there's so many one sided/unrequited love stories. He wasn't focused on the romance, that's why it seems so thrown together at the end. it was never his focus. And really, after reading this, I honestly don't believe he planned for Narusaku to happen. It was just him trying to add drama. I'll still enjoy the fanon, but I'm moving on. Good luck everyone! :)

It is shounen, romance is never a focus, unless it is specifically a romance shounen. That is not an excuse for the terrible ending though. HELL NO!!

LOL--SO TRUE. He displays SasuSaku as an emotionally abusive relationship--even having Naruto save her in something I swear is symbolism to end up with the good guy--then puts them together anyway.
