Author with that kind of condition usually go to monthly or more release.Wonder if he will even write manga again given his poor health and had history with SJ
Weekly took strain to the author unless your name is hiro mashima.

He may be lieing about fan mails cause i heard that he hasn't gotten many fan letters in the previous interviews Therefore he might use the dead kid as an excuse. Also he mentioned on that he will end bleach the way he always planned for which is odd since he gave ichiruki a lot of development compared to ichihime, made all the characters do the opposite of what they wanted to do and in a old interview he was gonna make ichiruki canon due to popularity.

Kubo said that he wrote the ending the way he wanted to which should finally put the he was forced or he did it to screw sj comments to rest. I hope he gets better and that his sickness goes away.

Doesn't change the fact that it felt bland, inconclusive, and boring.

We never say change of plan. It's more on the writing department. Has execution become a null in today's standards?

For those of you who've read Noragami, do you guys agree with some people that say it's kinda like Bleach in a way?
THAT'S WHAT HEROES DO, THEY SAVE PEOPLE!!

Nop. Bleach focuses on the world of shinigami, their enemies and what's related to the world of shinigami. Whereas, Noragami focuses what's happening in the real world with beings, entities and gods rescuing, some do mischief and exploring new gods.
They have the same concept of other worldly spiritual beings, but the stories are different.

It does. It also explained on why I was thinking otherwise about heroine in this series. It was helped by Rukia, but if we go into that account, then okay, weak heroine overall confirmed.

At least Ichigo and Renji are better dads than Naruto or Sasuke from what we saw of the epilogue

That fact did not even need to be stated.

Fairy Tail handles two male protagonist and female protagonist better than Naruto and bleach did.
Not really. The only ones that are of worth and handled correctly are Natsu and Lucy. Gray and Erza have been trainwreck after trainwreck after trainwreck.

I guess that's why Orihime is the heroine.@lucky
Bleach has more similiarity with yuyu hakuso than noragami.
Both of them deal with a female shinigami, spiritual entity, and has to make the hero fight demon.
@ahk
Outside of erza invincibility, I don't see how both of them is a train wreck.

Well imo both orihime and rukia are heroine. It just rukia has more impact to the story than orihime.I guess that's why Orihime is the heroine.

I mean compared to how hinata and orihime are though of as the main heroine Lucy and erza are better than them. Also Lucy and erza have character, personality, and development especially Lucy in the current arc of fairy tail. More so hinata had in the 700 chapters of naruto and orihime in the 686 chapters of bleach. Hell Wendy from fairy tail had more development in the seies arc the hinata and orihime Did in their whole series.
