i doubt that it's true. most anti narusaku people see naruto and sakura's relation as a brother-and-sister relationship. maybe that's where they got the idea of naruto and sakura being siblings.

Gaara has a point. I have noticed at first in Naruto: Shippuuden that Naruto didnt simply run up to Sakura and ask her out. He could see her in a sibling kind of way but eventually those feelings change.... Again I could be wrong but thats how it looked to me, Of coarse I've only seen the first 3 episodes of Shippuuden so who knows.
Been There, Done That, Bought the T Shirt but damned if the son of a b*tch didnt get tossed out.

they couldnt be siblings, since sakura was born before naruto she would have known and probably have told him. (DUH)

Why would Kishi even build their relationship to just say in the end that they were siblings?
doesn't make sense does it? Unless of course Kishi sensei was some crazed mangaka which he is not otherwise Naruto wouldn't be famous would it?
