nope guys...naruto has two different scarves... you can see clearly in this image
in the little image where the team (sai,sakura,shika,naruto and hinata) is standing, you can see naruto's scarf isn't red but likely green. Why? Because you can see Sakura's dress which it's red and remains red. So, Naruto had two scarves in the movie: One green and other red...

theory: Hanabi dies. And Naruto dyes his green scarf into hanabi's blood and it becomes red.

Guys there is no two scarfs. Just one. The red one is used only for promotional use.
Also why the hell would Naruto even wear a scarf? let alone have two!

I know! I saw the screencap! I was just questing why would Naruto wear a scar at all. Didn't we learn from chapter 2, that scarf can make you trip?

It's just one! It wouldn't be the first time a object was used in marketing. That doesn't appear at all, or has it design changed!
