Evil only confirmed what she saw with those leaked pics, apparently Naruhina kids. They are at least 3-4 years old, they are standing. 

 

Kurenai's child is only 3 years old and is still a baby., much smaller than NH kids.

IMO since kishi never followed up with the Hyuga stroyline he is doing that now. SO you cant have the Hyuga's without Hinata and you cant have Hinata without some romance stuff.
