Saw it last night. Was really good and I could follow it despite not having read the novel prior to it (which I'll read now to get a better understanding). Best movie I've seen since The Dark Knight and I probably would have enjoyed it more if I had the same connection to it that I had with Batman when I was younger. Still was a good watch (no pun).
Also best line:
I had to facepalm at the parents who brought their kids in thinking it was your typical super hero movie. You'd think the R rating would give a clue...
Overall well done and I look forward to the directors cut.

To be honest it should have been longer. I can't wait for the extended cut to be release so I'll get the full effect of the movie. Haveread some of the novel before hand I have to say the movie met my expectations, very nicely.
