So, it seems that in the conversation between Madara and Kabuto, he states that Orochimaru tried to summon Minato but failed, and that it was because it was simplily impossible, Orochimaru had Minato DNA, but the summon wouldn't come, so, to me, it seems that theory about about Minato be impossible to summon because of his sealed soul was right after all, they also talk about summoning Jiraya, but that part is not very clear yet. Konan btw, don't dies, it seems Kabuto needs her alive so he can absorve the powers of her cursed seal. Let's wait for more updates.

Oro did try to summon Yondaime, but was unable to because it's impossible. Edo tensei needs DNA to ressurect the dead, and that's why Jiraiya couldn't be resurrected, because Kabuto could not get the DNA. Madara demands that Kabuto demonstrate how Edo tensei works and uses Fuu and Torune, he snaps on of there necks and then tells Kabuto to revive one in the others body. Kabuto kept Anko alive so that he can suck out the remaining remanents of Orochimaru's pressence from the cursed seal within Anko to make himself stronger. Nidame appearently thought up Edo Tensei, but it was actually Orochimaru he completed and used it.

There is a scene where Kabuto shoves a dagger into Fuu or Torune's head and gets splashed in the face with blood. And Kabuto thinks that it's okay to show Madara how Edo Tensei works because he still has a trump card.

I know, summoning Kushina is cruel enough already and would screw Naruto 100x more than he's ever experienced. But adding Minato in the Mix? boy, that's torture enough to send him into Konoha's mental ward. But like Nagato warned him, War is terrible and gives you great amounts of Pain. To be honest, I can't think of anything else giving him the biggest pain other than this.

The new chapter confirms that he needs DNA from the persons he wants to summon through Edo Tensei.
Orochimaru had the DNA of the 4th but the summoning failed. The reason why he couldn't summon Jiraiya was cause he had no DNA of him and he probably has no DNA of kushina either.

Of course, rare powers like the Sage of 6 path's Rinnegan or Itachi's sharingan are also retained... Just that... If you want Danzou's right eye or Sage of 6 paths Pain and the rest as weapons, first we need their DNA...

Oh, don't count out Kushina just yet. It's possible that he may have sneaked into Konoha a while ago or Oro may have gotten hold of her DNA a while back for her Fuuinjutsu prowess.

Wasn't she sealed away using the same technique as Kabuto described, that made it impossible for Yondaime to be ressurected? But also at the same time (again I joined Naruto later via the anime, so I don't know if this happened in the manga) Wasn't that the third person he was trying to resurrect when Sandaime was fighting Orochimaru? I see conflict in what's being said here. I'm very curious about Shisui. It seems both he and Itachi were prodigies together. Probably why they were best friends.

Curious, Kabuto says nothing about regrets... I know he's probably hiding tons of stuff. Also wonder what his trump is and when Madara threatened to not give him what he wanted, why he didn't just summon that one person who scared Madara so much when they first met.

Yeah Kushina's soul was placed in the seal so she could see Naruto again but she's not in the death god's stomach though. So Kabuto confirmed Minato can't be summon because of half his soul can't be obtain which means a full one is required. I'm thinking Kabuto won't care about bringing back Kushina anyways since Naruto has the Kyuubi and Jiraiya's DNA along with the other Hokages can't be obtained either.

It looks like Anko will be safe, it would be nice if she is playing possom.

I'm glad Kishimoto is addressing something that crossed my mind ("this jutsu is just too convenient")

I'm wondering if Kabuto might be the final villain, instead of Madara.
Sounds like he is leaving out some crucial detail about the jutsu, that will give him the advantage when he double-crosses Madara.

And minatos long gone :L sealed inside the stomach, and kushina, wouldnt say shes not that important, since she has that special jutsu with the kunais, or whatever idk ¬.¬

I cant wait for naruto to get that Rasenganish jinchuriki bomb thing! it'll be cool!!
