I rarely watch the anime because of the extended fillers, but I had to check it out for the new opening. It was alright I guess. What'd you think? I'll probably start back up on the anime during

Neji's death

just to see the level of detail they put into it.

Episode 357 - An Uchiha ANBU
Itachi's fans should be really glad to see Itachi one more time, this time in ANBU. He's partnered with Kakashi, that is something...really like this team.
!NEW! INTRO 15 AND ENDING 29. Personally I don't like the intro, the ending is pretty good, ok.
After this filler ends, interesting canon episodes to be expected

I noticed this too . These new ones actually have a lot more spoilers than any other opening/ending from before .

What is that is that this period of the story was most about Neji's death, and NaruHina fans turned it into a NaruHina moment... but it was all about Neji.

Also I'm really tired of fillers.

thats 577 episodes altogether. WOW thats a very long story. and yet so much of my questions are still unanswered. Like...

Who raised Naruto when he was a baby? Not the third, we never see him holding him or anything. And Minato and Kushina are... Were dead at that time. maybe Kishi will answer that some day. What animal is ten tails? fandom say its a wolf, I don't know about you but it looks nothing like a wolf. whats going to happen to Sasuke when the war is over? this is most likely going to be answered in the future but I would like to know what you think. and of to top it off.... who are Naruto's GRANDparents? are they even alive? do they know that he was even born? this is something I have been dying to know ever since act I (yes I knew Minato was Naruto's father back then its pretty obvious [and obvious kishi will always be obvious]) but it never got answered.

Now that you mention it, Kakashi lied! He said that Itachi was recruited at the age of 14, but in THIS episode he sais hes ELEVEN! Three years younger than what he told us XD

They REALLY need a better translator to sub these things, preferably a neutral party.

I really don't get why everyone is so fired up by this opening and ending. Pierrot didn't do anything wrong to me. They could quit the whole Naruto/Hinata/Neji passage from the opening or ending. It's normal that they add the handholding in it. Sure, the fact that they introduced it in BOTH is a little annoying, but the way they depicted it was fine, there wasn't a hint of romantic atmosphere, it was all about support and Neji's foreshadowing death.

Like I said it was a big moment in this part of the story, so it's normal for studio pierrot to add it on an opening/ending. And I'm sure they will do something like that when all the Naruto/Sakura moments will come into animation.

Not a bad episode. I liked the whole subplot about how Gai could never be an ANBU becaue he lacked "darkness". That was neat. 

 

I didn't really care for the new opening. It wasn't bad and it had some cool scenes, but the song was kinda flat. 

 

I liked the ending though. It was catchy and uplifting and that ending shot with the reuinted Team 7 was awesome.
