I'm a little dissapointed by this chapter but the good part is that the potential for the next one is much higher than it was for this chapter.

Okay, just a little joke. Again, I am not surprised by all of this. I was almost certain Obito would be brought back from the darkness because there was so much potential he would be. He wasn't always a dark person unlike some Uchiha like Madara. Obito has to lose everything and fall hard to be that evil and even then he couldn't just erase it all.

Good chapter. I liked it.

 

BTW, did anyone else get a Doc Ock and Spider-man feel to this?

Obito will soon be back to the good side. It's more and more likely. I was sure that he would be in this chapter, but no, however, he keeps seeing images of him being good, so it's very likely that he will soonbe redeemed .

Ummm..

Am I the only person who actually enjoyed this TNJ? we had a panel of psycho Rin, it was quick and to the point, and it was something different even though all TNJ's are about relating someone to Naruto. This is a manga for 13-14 year olds after all. I feel some people's expectations get too high sometimes.

Not gonna lie, I was glad that Obito didn't immediately accept Naruto's offer. It would have been pathetic imo (not saying he hasn't ever done anything pathetic lol, or that his goal is good but come on... have some dignity). Lol he choked him. There will be plenty glad Naruto punched Obito, though. And lmao @ him calling Obito an kitten! People will be overjoyed.

Nice... Obito looked at Naruto but saw his former self. And current Obito looking wistfully at Rin. :( But that one panel of her saying "I won't ignore you"... Creepy haha.

okok we got a glimpse of Sakura. Her hairstyle looked nice. And the bijuu are out! I wonder what Sasuke will think/do... And Madara, for that matter. But we're not quite done with Obito yet so Kishi probably won't address them for a bit.

Obito still says, "Rin..." I agree arian_rad, this chapter leaves a higher potential for the coming chapter than 653 did for 654. I honestly have no idea what could happen now.

uh,

It was basically showing how kittened up Obito's mind was. He was returning back to the Obito that he actually is and therefore when he realized the remedy that he had created for the whole in his heart was honestly just himself and noone else, his mind started to just mess kitten up making everything look like a jumbled mess. It was Obito imagining how horrifying this world would be.

Thoughts

Not a bad chapter, and I was surprised that Obito actually resisted the TnJ for a bit before finally falling prey to it. So the tailed beasts are free and split up once more, what does that mean? I guess we'll find out soon enough and now's the time for Madara to step in and reveal his so called trump card.

It was alright

I didn't think it was that bad but im starting to notice that the Naruto chapters are getting shorter every week
but other than that pretty good chapter loved the flashbacks but rins face was kinda creepy in one of the panels so that disturbed me other than that I hope that this arc will finally end in 2 or 3 more chapters
