Naruto shows absolutely no interest in her besides tryin to be a friend in which he does with everyone else. As i've heard before, and I believe myself, it's just a crush, you can't really love someone you don't know personally. It's very hard to imagine Naruto and Hinata hookin up anyways, she's too soft spoken and Naruto needs to be tamed from time to time.
As far as ye can see captain, dat seems to be Sakura's job.

Simply because some people are so emotionally investing in a pairing that if it doesnt happen, they wil break down and cry in front of who ever is there. They will cry and cry, and scream to God "WHY? WHY GOD WHY?".

Cause it's not a guaranteed thing yet. It's getting there though and even then Kishimoto can always pull a bait and switch and have SasuSaku happen (or NaruSasu for those of you into that kind of thing.).

oh come on we all know it will happen just look at it sakura like sasuke at first but he left leaving her heart broken and who was there to pick her head up naruto that's who it makes perfect sence that they end up together, now the friendship idea with hinata just makes it all that much sweeter to read, question have there been any narusaku developments recently?

I think if either Jiraiya and/or Tsunade found out ones feelings for the other they'd encourage it. Maybe this'd help Tsunade & Jiraiya get together.
I just have to say regaurdless if Sakura & Naruto get together, Naruhina will never happen. It's like trying to fit a cirlce into a sqaure... it just doesn't match-up.
You can even see that even their (Naruto's & Sakura's) maturity level was the same during part 1 if you pay'd attention. Sakura tried hiding some of it for Sasuke at the time but it still showed.
I always pictured them gambling on when they get together and trying to get them together at the time they bet on. It would also be funny if the jounin and some of the rookie 9 get involved in the betting pool as well.

i don't think it could be that simple kishi set up sakura's attitude towards naruto on purpose so when pt.2 rolled around and she began to fall in love with naruto we would like her.

JMF there's still hope all we have to do believe and maybe at some point Sakura will realize her feelings and assuming Naruto is still interested some event will occur brining them closer to the point where they may confess as the rest of us can laugh in SasuSaku & NaruHina faces saying "I was right all along or I told you so"

So far Naruto is still interested. He said he had plans for a date in chapter 311. The problem is... when will that real date happen?
I want to see a move from Sakura, something appart from getting worried about him when they are on missions.
