If I'm honest the female lead got on my nerves very quickly, I thought she was self centered, annoying, and the relationship between the two was more about them running away than facing their real issues. I really was not happy with how his amnesia was dealt with, specially the girl he loved before. I was a big fan early on, but after a few volumes it became apparent where it was going, and dropped it.

Mm........Well while it does feel that way to me somewhat, I feel that  Banri has a lot of emotional baggage that cannot be sorted out even if he was being completely rational about it. Memory loss, to me, is like you become a new person, so being torn between Koko and Linda makes sense to me, plus I would imagine flitting in between 2 sets of memories would be incredibly confusing for anybody. Koko, while I agree is quite self centred and obnoxious at first she is attempting to grow out of her control freak tendencies and impossible expectations. I feel that someone who can at least admit their flaws and try to change them even if they don't entirely succeed is to be admired, but that is just me, and I'm not too far in so I'll save my judgment for later. While I admit the the "young adult drama" is a bit over the top, it is somewhat realistic to me and I am liking the development so far
