I called it first that Touka is pregnant. It was a big possibility. Author tend to make a character pregnant after intercourse.

I take my hat off to the author for being this bold with Kaneki and Touka. Always thought it'd be a "they're implied to be together in final page of the manga" sort of deal. But no no. Screw mere implications. 
This guy went all the way. Can you imagine if Kishi had been this bold with NS?

I can't believe that Roma was the founder of the clowns... But then again, it shouldn't surprise me, lol.
Poor Uri.
There are way too many death flags in this chapter. Looks like Touka will have to fight even though she's trying to avoid causing any stress to her body.
