I am a cinema purist too, not only a tolkien purist LOL Tauriel... Tolkiens fans calls her as the "jar jar binks" of the story...they really hate her though, and honestly me too, just a bit. (especially 'cause evangeline lily is nothing special as actress). I only cares if the battle of 5 armies is good as gold.

Movie wasn't bad. Should have been two films.

Ironic because the same applies to Sakura. She "loved" Sasuke because of Ino and used him as a way to top her, the only difference between her and Naruto is that she succeeded.

I believe he still referred to her as "Sakura Chan" in the rescue scene, although it's unclear if that is before or after the "parting scene". I guess the only way to find out is to watch the movie.

it's just a feeling from the one who ask the question. Indeed she asks that was in the script? Maybe she was referring to the fact that the "Sakura-chan" from Naruto in one scene sounded so cold that it could be a "Sakura-san" to the ears' viewer.

In a short, it seems that girl has noticed the (emotional?) detachment of Naruto towards Sakura in a scene, one way or other. And Junko did agree with her.

 

I should read that whole novel but it has so many pages.

But again, I liked it, there are quite a number of people who were put off by the changes PJ made. But anyway I still think it's worth watching :).

In a nutshell, she did speak so quickly that the -chan suffix wasn't so very well articulated. That's why then she said "Sakura-chan is still Sakura-chan".

Guys... why the naruto hate? we all know how much, and how truly he loved her... it was sakura who rejected him. I am pretty sure her explanation was just a way for her to get to sasuke. Just like an episode where she asks hinata to date him so that she can be with sasuke.

Naruto is not a scumbag. That was not the explanation of his love.
