If anything, her feelings with Sasuke should be resolved this arc.  Chapter 635 set up the stage with her unease and unwillingness to trust Sasuke.  Ever since the last chapter with Sasuke imaging the photo and having Naruto cut, I'm more worried than ever of Naruto being next to Sasuke.  Maybe, it will go as others as said as she needs a shock to realize her feelings.  Seeing Sasuke injure Naruto severely would send her to that state.  Of course that would only happen after the current crisis.  Right now, they need each other, but afterwards, Naruto's guard would be down and probably won't be in Kyuubi mode anymore making him vunerable, such an opportunity Sasuke won't hesitate to act upon. But honestly, who knows how the battle with Obito and Madara be resolved, and how that conclusion will set events up afterwards?  However, OVA 2011 is still a favorable possibility:

From all the talk of honorifics putting distance between people, will Sakura eventually tell Naruto to drop the -chan and just say her name?  Would the fans want that?  Some may even be looking forward to that conversation.
