SO IT'S NOT JUST ME!
I also noticed a lot of similarities. It could be coincidence. It could be canon. Even though I'm going for the former, I think it would be interesting.
Think maybe that's why Lee also went on the mission to the land of Iron? To meet his father Sabu-chan?
