I happen to be a very strong supporter of NarutoxSakura pairing. I really enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. I'm a gamer I guess...yeah, okay, I am. Let's see, what else could I put down...um, I love reading, writing, and biking too. Comedy movies are the best...um yeah. Kind of a weak interests section, but whatever.<br /><br />Ah, yes, I guess I should mention that my stories are also able to be viewed on fanfiction.net. Well, I've found the Chinese subbed version that's been out for a few good hours already. But since I don't remember how the first episode of the original went, I can't comment on the changes XD

The links that Aethos posted aren't working for me, but I've found the English Subs for those who want to see.

Aside from Goku being sent to Earth, the destruction of Planet Vegeta, and the DB recap, I'm pretty sure the scenes were exactly the same. But my memory of the first episode isn't the greatest, either.

The only thing I thought was the same was Raditz (?) coming to Earth and doing what he did.
Plus, in my opinion, I think the OP is kind of lame.
They could've used a better song.

This is basically the same animation, just with updated colors and HD-quality. And here I thought it will be updated with the animation from the OVA and intros for the games and its current anime intro.

For those curious about the amount of interest in this show in Japan, here's the top 10 anime ratings of the week it premiered. (Got it from here)
1.) Sazae-san - 16.3
2.) Chibi Maruko-chan - 11.5
3.) Crayon Shin-chan - 11.4
4.) Dragonball Kai - 11.3
5.) One Piece - 9.9
6.) Doraemon - 9.3
7.) Detective Conan - 6.9
8.) Fresh Precure - 6.2
9.) Pocket Monsters D/P - 6.1
10.) Major - 5.2
Definetely not bad for a remake of a 20-year old show.
I wonder if we'll even get new movies. A lot of the popular anime get a new movie every year, and all the original DBZ movies weren't theatrical.

Was it the first episode? if so it isn't that good.
Preimers always drew larger raitings but from there it could only get lower.
If it came fourth, I think the raitings won't be too kind on dragon ball

I just watched the first episode today.
It has Higher Quality but the same animation.
Overall, it's a good remake and I can't wait to see how they make it play out.
