Seriously, I don't get Japan some times. This is the last movie and chapter in the series, and so far it's becoming another Hinata worship episode. I don't hate her, but deep down she is no more relevant then characters like Shino or Tenten, and yet she get's all this spotlight.

I don't buy this crap, 8s just talking about Hinata and no one else, I need to get the others role to see whats really going on and that will only happen in the movie plus like I mention before, the Manga still needs to end.

Sakura-Hinata-Hinata love triangle is old as hell, so if the movie was really geared to canonising NaruHina, why would they give that away in trailers and promotional material? Wouldn't make sense.

 

Speaking of promotional material, let's have an inventory of what Studio Pierrot has actually released. A few posters, some info graphics, two trailers (one in which the narrator speaks of Naruto and Sakura and one where we hear Hinata call for Naruto), and an album cover to a sad song about friendship and bonds depicting a despondent Naruto and Hinata...

Now I'm going to be honest. All this stuff with Hinata pisses me off. However like I said this crappy movie with it's contrived villain, and stupid plot is purely made just to have Naruto, Sakura and Hinata on the same team to close the chapter between these three. Because milking the pairings is fun and profitable.

Naruto can no longer become Hokage because Kakashi beat him to it. If NH becomes canon, then it's a double whammy from the author himself on his protogonist.

One thing for sure you get from info:
First, Sakura the only girl know what naruto likes and no one eles know , even hinata ask her lol
Second , it comes from hinata side as always and show that naruto is still not interesting in her or wants to dates her lol ( and he loves Sakura)

A movie about Orochimaru would have topped anything.

 

Finally someone else acknowledges this. Orochimaru's influence reaches literally every major country on the continent. He has deceived, harmed, and impacted the populations with his vile experimentations, murders (He assassinated the Kazekage back in Part 1!), kidnappings, and various other dastardly deeds. We all know that he intends to resume these practices after he's rescued from the Shinju and the Alliance is recovering. Moreover, he's the one Sannin whose subplot has yet to be properly concluded. The fact that Team 7 was personally humiliated, defaced, and torn apart as a result of his actions adds even greater incentive for Kishi to provide an extensive, quality arc for him.

liking her wasn't the point. if they feel so obligated to make her shine, then why not do the same for characters like 10 10 or shino? i think this is just making hinata ship bait as usual.

Yeah I actually think Hinata is a decent character, but every time she is portrayed it has to do with her love for Naruto. Can't people see this movie as a way for her to actually have some development and see it as her moment to shine? Whereas she will grow and mature and become a confident leader/member of her clan? Maybe even have her grieve more over neji, since he did care for her deeply, and also have some cute Hina/Hanabi sibling bond moments. Have her explore other emotions, like friendship and sibling bonds. In road to Ninja we got to see Sakura mature in the aspect of her accepting her family and also mostly importantly her accepting/ understanding Naruto a bit more. I hope in this movie, it will show more to Hinata's character than her just being all focused on Naruto. It's sad that most people only see her as Naruto's waifuuuu. But I don't blame them since that's all she's been portrayed as. Ship bait.

Small rant:
I can't believe I saw some comments saying Hinata is the Heroine. Just because she will be save and be the damsel in distress therefore she'll be the heroine? damn. I can stand it when people says "NH canon, NH canon!" whatever. I don't care. What I can't stand is "Hinata is heroine!" Hinata and heroine don't fit in a sentence.

Hinata may get Naruto (unlikely) but the title HEROINE belongs to Sakura. Sakura's role is far more important than any pairing.

With Sakura listed as the second main character, all her screen shots, poses, ect., and her role not being revealed, it really makes me think she's a part of the romance.( However, hopefully the action too, seeing as she's on the rescue mission.) I mean Sakura was listed as a main in RtN, but the trailers barely showed her for five seconds, so I think as the movie draws nearer we'll get a better idea of her involvement in the movie.( Cause really, advertising Hinata and her love, but not even Naruto's for the supposed last movie, seems, is ridiculous.)

I don't think Naruto and Sakura are dating in the last if Hinata is trying to have her feelings reach him. Ok so maybe that does mean he hasn't reciprocated. But by the end of the movie he very well could... Even if it goes against the fact that he loves Sakura.

one way it could make sense is that sakura and naruto become canon by confessing or something before anyone gets woken up from the tsukiyomi  by them and then naruto leaves the village to train, with or without sakura, and then him or they are back in the movie and the only ones that knows they're together are sasuke and kakashi xD so then hinata would still be trying to confess not knowing anything pfft  *continues break from posting*
