So, about a week ago, I noticed a small hematoma on newbies left ear.

So I did the basics and waited to see if it would get any bigger, unfortunately, on Friday it flared up twice its size so I knew I would need to get the operation done.

Now, Im a vet student, with alot of experience and knowledge in this area, however, I wanted to do it right and decrease the chance of severe scar tissue buildup, However, the vet I take her to, told me he would fix her up...for $900 DOLLARS!

I know this surgery is just a drainage procedure with un-needed medication afterwards (mostly for the pain and sedation/antibiotics which I can get pretty easily)

After a WTF moment, I decided to bite the bullet and do it myself.

We set up the laundry room and BAM, Problem solved.

lol yeah XD but when she was little, her ears stuck up and were way big for her little body. So that who it reminded me of.

Update though : She goes in for surgery on friday to get the vein repaired.

what happened? I thought your "surgery" was successful
