Been watching Dragon Ball Super(DBKai) and I remembered seeing that Kikittenmoto said Boruto is his Gohan and Sasuke is Piccolo. 

Ok let’s then check the differences between Dragon Ball Super and Boruto:

1) Piccolo does NOT have his own child to train, he trains Gohan out of goodwill only. Sasuke on the other hand HAS his own kittening child to train, who he does NOT give a kitten about and ABANDONS in order to train Boruto. 

2) Gohan actually DOES love his father Goku even if said father spends most of his time training or fighting, because when he’s NOT training or fighting, he’s home with his kids, playing with them, going out, living a normal life with them. Boruto on the other hand doesn’t get to see his kitten father even when said father isn’t doing jack kitten, Naruto simply does NOT LIKE his own son and AVOIDS THE kitten out of being near him, and that causes Boruto to HATE his father.

Now let’s take a small twist and compare Vegeta and Bulma to Sasusaku (lol) since SStards like to compare both couples so much:

1) Vegeta actually DOES love Bulma and Trunks, that is EXPLICITED often in Dragon Ball Super, from Vegeta using the ugly uniform Bulma made for him ONLY because she made it for him and his protecting her ALL THE TIME and ACTUALLY INTERACTING WITH HER often without ever treating her badly to the fact that HE trains Trunks and has a HEALTHY father-son dynamic with him, so much so that he ends up training Goten with Trunks because he KNOWS his own kid and appreciates the fact that they fight better together. Oh, and Vegeta LIVES happily with Bulma and Trunks. 

Now let’s analyze Sasusaku (lol):

Sasuke does NOT live with Sakura and Sarada, he REFUSES to train Sarada, he has ONLY MET Sarada when she was kittening TWELVE years old (and worse yet, he spent those 12 years away doing a USELESS mission that yielded ZERO results) having NEVER contacted her or Sakura before that, he NEVER even looks at Sakura’s way when she needs to be protected, hell, he won’t even HELP PAY THE kittening BILLS and he STILL TREATS SAKURA LIKE kitten WHENEVER SHE’S AROUND HIM. 

Isn’t it ironic that Kishimoto wants to compare his HORRIBLE story to Toryiama’s actually GOOD familial dynamics?

I see some comments defending Boruto saying how none of he girl are love interests, yet they are starting to turn into ones

Yeah I noticed that as well I mean they just can't see that Boruto is trash just like his old man.

You know what all the bad guys in Naruto are weak cause we should all feel sorry for them.

While I have my own points, the one part that stuck me is how DBS escapes from its problems, which does mirage the idea that old characters could only help because of nostalgia. Other than that, good watch. Could do without the slangs though but that's just me.

That is true I mean look what they did with Gohan they eased him into it same with Hit and many other with Boruto its all in your face while also having a middle finger up at the old cast as well, its the same with Pan as well many and I do mean many just love her she is what Boruto and his sister is not Sweet cute and funny as well. Oh and is super powerful for a toddler plus as many have said Gohan unlike both Naruto and Sasuke is a good father, as he works all day comes home and still has time to play with Pan.

As unlike Naruto Gohan can't make many clones, that is just how good Gohan is as a dad and a husband to Videl and Pan while some say Super is bad at times many say that its them momnets that make everyone smile.

I also think Hinata should have a Pokedex page lol just thinking on what her data would be is already making me laugh.

You misunderstand both my objections.

 

On Sakura, I wasn't clear. I didn't mean she should give a speech about that subject. My objection to that scene it is same song, same verse as the end of Part 1. I don't think you can do that here because those events in Part 1 were what spurred her to improve herself. She vowed to stand with them. Whether she explicitly says it or not, that its used as motivation implies that they were viewed as a weakness. As I said before, what is the point of everything she did if, when confronted with the same scenario, she's on her knee's sobbing and begging him to stay? It's passable if the only point of the scene is simply to affirm to the audience that she stills loves him and to demonstrate its depth. But it's difficult to believe that a guy who relied on parallel's as much as Kishimoto wasn't paralleling the end of Part 1 or, at the very least, was oblivious to the connection.

 

I only through the stand up for herself part it as a spit ball idea if the series was hellbent on doing an SS scene there. That if she did show spine rather than blubber, Sasuke might respect that. At the very least, she should have delivered her plea in a manner that didn't make her look weak and ineffective. It didn't help that even in the final "group" fight she was left on the side with the exception of a token gesture. I don't think crying, begging, and getting Tsukiyomi'd onto the sidelined is what I expected to happen to her at the end of her character journey. How is that different from Sasuke KO'ing her and then leaving the village?

 

I also threw that line in to emphasize that dislike of that scene isn't rooted in butthurt over the pairings. I didn't like the end pairings and I have issues with what was done, but by then they were a low priority for me. One of the reasons I'm steering clear of the pairing debate going on in this thread is because I don't really care. I'd have hated the ending even if it went NS.

 

As for Naurto, I never said he was referring to his dark traits and that's not my objection. My objection is that it deliberately glosses over those traits. When speaking to Pain, Naruto told him he could not forgive him, but spared him anyway. This looks human and at least subtely acknowledges what Pain had done. Naruto took offense to Zetsu mocking Obito's sacrifice. I better and less offensive approach would have been to acknowledge his crimes, but at least commend him for doing the right thing in the end.

 

Granted I'd have still been unhappy, but I wouldn't see it as the manga's lowest point. I cannot overlook the fact that occurs at the end of series of events where the series repeatedly failed to hold people accountable. The two biggest issues are the lack of accountability and the utter failure to challenge Naruto's philosophy in the area where it was weakest. Pain, Itachi, and Obito were effectively allowed to die on their own terms. Sasuke was let off because he helped beat Pain (let's ignore that his motivation was totally self-serving which doesn't neatly line up with the concept of redemption),. Kabuto and Orochimaru were also let off. Kabuto was scene running an orphanage. Did all the characters seemingly forget that he used his Edo Army to aid Obito and completely forget how the Edo army was made? He's either a mass serial killer or a mass grave robber (or both) (and don't get me started on Izanami). Orichimaru...the last time he escaped accountability he lead a full scale invasion of Konoha. It was an enormous blunder by the Third that cost lives. Amazingly, this never happened to Naruto and no one who you expect to complain about such things is ever around. We almost got their with Pain, but then Gedo Mazo happened and its all got tossed.

 

The next time we see Obito its with Rin and in kid form. The message really seemed to be that his actions absolved him of his sins. The only objection came in the form of mooks who cheered on Kakashi when he went to kill Obito, only to be absent when he doesn't follow through.

 

With all this as its backdrop, it's hard believe that Naruto's line wasn't a deliberate overlooking of Obito's sins. Even if that wasn't his intent, that doesn't change anything. It just makes Naruto (and Kishimoto) look totally tin eared. At least the alliance was trapped in the eternal tsukiyomi. I wonder what the soldiers who lost comrades and the families who lost loved ones would think of a line like that. Obito's crimes were way to heinous for that to be permitted, even unintentionally. As a writer, you can't have a character go screaming past the moral event horizon then subsequently have a character behave like you didn't. 

I agree with you Nate this just goes to show you how bad a writer Kishi is and how much he loves the Uchiha over writers would never have done the BS that Kishi had done in the manga, what I do hate a lot is the BS that people use when they say oh Sasuke was in the darkness and needed to be saved.

Thing is Sasuke didn't want that help I mean he was not like.

Bucky from Winter Soldier who had been brainwashed by Hydra to do what they wanted so all the bad that he did he can't be blamed as he was not in the right stae of mind he was just a puppet, however Bucky still feels bad for all that he did I mean we have all seen Captain America Civil War at the then Hydra had control of his mind.

Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker: is the same Anakindies in the end with Luke wanting to save his father and what did Anakin say in his last moments before he died. "You already have son you already have. Tell your sister you were right about me." Then he dies and is a peace.

Plus there is many, many more that handle this better as well then Naruto far better than Naruto who think we can just all hold hands and sing our troubles away.

However Nate we do have far better stories that know how to do growth I still love MGS and Gundam Seed even thou I hate that they killed Flay off she did bad yes but she was a 15 year old girl and people give her hate for being a racist which is bad but as many have said people grow and change for the better.

Well, Superman can actually create suns if he wanted. He has done it before especially in All Star Superman. There is also more stars out in the universe and some are even younger blue star that increase Superman's already overwhelming power. 

Plus, this is a fictional comic book world. Don't always assume that the same logic applies even scientifically.

If that were the case, Batman would have been dead a long long time ago or at least severely crippled.

That is true this is a fictional comic book world, still would suck for him to out live all that he cares for seeing them all die from age, and never new he could make his own Suns either that's new to me.

But I know some of the comic are not canon or are as there has been so many changes, and other worlds that I am not sure what is what anymore.

 

I think Base Nappa could wreck Madara's kitten. He's not fast and neither is strong enough on his own to take down even ninjas without Juubi.

Mkes me wonder why Kishi even said that Madara was on the same power as Nappa in the first place?

Madara needed the Juubi to cause a city size devastation, Nappa did it with a flick of his fingers at his base state.

Which goes to show Kishi is fill of himself and the love he has for the Uchiha, add to the fact Vegeta blow up a Planet in the filler, if you count it that is, I do count the Teamfourstar version.

Kishi has a real hard-on for the uchihas which basically ruined the whole entire story since everything after the pain arc revolved in one way or the other around Uchihas.

Every one of the Uchihas got stupidly overpowered and nonsense power-ups while all others were left in the dirt. 

You know, after all these years I still find it hard to understand how an eye that was merely used to improve perception and copy moves evolved into something that can shoot out Unquenchable flames, giant constructs and alter frickin reality itself. 

Oh we all know Kishi loved the Uchiha the fact he made up a reason why they are kittens so readers could feel sorry for them is telling to me man I mean remember that he said Madara was at Nappa's power which I find funny as hell I mean come on we all know as weak as Nappa would be now he would simple one shot Madara.

It's just Kishi getting his hard on for the Uchiha that he loves this is shown a lot with Sasuke as well, oddly my friend Evil100 will be doing a crossover with Pan in the Naruto world along with her mother, now he said Pan is not a super Saiyan and Sasuke being the evil kitten he is almost kills Videl.

Think on how that will go, he said that Sasuke will just laugh at Pan which we all know what this will lead too and here is the Ironic thing Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto as well as many others have no idea about Super Saiyan, as the only ones who do know about it are Kakashi and Tsunade.

So in short Pan or super Saiyan Pan in fit of Saiyan rage, (She is Gohan Daughter after all) gose ape kitten on Sasuke, he losses an arm a leg and his left eye, Pan really kittens him up hell he said she is toying with like how Gohan did with Cell, as she says to Kakashi and Sakura. "No I want him to suffer some more."

What is funny is Naruto Rasengans her while she is not seeing him as she is mainly focused on making Sasuke suffer as much as she can, but Evil100 said all this does is piss Pan off.

I know a while ago someone made a post on why Naruto would die in the Walking dead Univers and its true as I have watched all 7 season and well with Rick and co have faced I think Evill100 was right Naruto and most of his friends would die in that would mainly Naruto, Sasuke and Hinata, maybe Sakura depending the stage.

The reason I say this is Naruto thinks everyone can hold hands and just hope their troubles away yeah with people like Negan and the Govonor and so many more. Yeah Naruto would die either by the Govonor or have his head bashed in by Negan, I say this is Naruto would be so fooled by the Govonor and with Negan the way Naruto does not know when to shut up yeah....

Sasuke well he is such a loan wolf he would end up dead sooner or later just depends.

Not sure on others like Sakura Hinata Ino and so on.

But hey we can all agree that its far better than Naruto Robert Kirkmen knows how to do females after all both show and comic.

Hinata was never meant to die my opinion by the way you guys just don't see the meaning for her is because your hate for her.she only has one job and she always did it and no it was never to get Naruto

Not really man I mean if she had been killed then it would have shown that she was not cut out to be a ninja I mean think about it after she got Naruto she gave up being a ninja as she got what she wanted which was to marry Naruto. Looking after the kids can't be used as thay are both at school right now, so she just stays at home.

I mean I feel and this may be me but the only reason she became a ninja in the first place was simpley for Naruto that was it and when she got what she wanted shr thought there was no point staying as a ninja.

I have zero hate for Hinata its impossible and ridiculous to hate a character whose entire existence is as signifigant as the wallpaper on the bathroom wall.

 

Hinatas death if it had occured would have closed her story out with a level of relevance that she lacked prior to the event. Its a death that would have meant something to both her and to the other characters.

 

But in the end the scene was rendered pointless and she was reduced to plot device levels as part of the excuse for naruto to go boom. Not even the entire reason just the last straw as much as anything.

Very true I mean the only thing she wanted was Naruto, its why she became a ninja after all.

I mean I said before if she had died it would have been a good lessonfor people not to be so singel minded on something again Hinata only wanted to get stonger for Naruto, not her clan not her family or her friend and home just Naruto so he could look at her the way that she wanted him to look at her.

Its just how she would be killed and by who as well.
