Also, no chapter next week. Horikoshi-sensei is in sick mode. Need to get better.
Author really needs to move off the Bakugou obsession. It's the only issue I have thus far about the new direction of the story involving Deku and his new abilities. This forced friendship nonsense is insulting and nauseating.
From what I understand he actually very popular in Japan. Kids like rebellious types.

With us being on break this week from the manga, I decided to tackle a discussion video on our boy Tomura Shigaraki since Kohei has been treating him like an afterthought for the last fifty chapters:

Villains have seem to be an afterthought to the series in general recently. lol All for one got incarcerated early by all Might before the promised fight between him and Deku could even begin, Overhaul got his got his powers taken from him and crippled for life, and Gentle and La Brava were shown to be a moderate threat to Deku ultimately and just a test practice for his use of shock waves. but you know none of them are killed off so I think the potential is there for them to evolve and become even better villains/threats maybe down the line like in American comic books. Well I mean at least for All for One and Overhaul at least, as Gentle and La Brava are not actual villains for the sake of it so they may change. But anyway there may be a story down the line where Overhaul manipulates Eri to give him back hi s arms and All for One shows signs he maybe recovering. Shigaraki obviously is going to have some big impact on the story in the future, so yeah.
Basically I think that right now there is a sort of inconsistency with the pacing because basically there is a sharp contrast to what Kohei wants to do and what the premise is set up as. Now obviously the setting is about Superheroes and fighting crime, going on adventures, but at the same time it is About Deku becoming like his idol All Might and showing his beginnings in school. Basically he wants there to be excitement and hero work in his story because that is what the premise is about and also if the readers get bored with it then his standing in the WSJ will fall out and popularity on a weekly basis is important for the magazine, but if Deku sorts out all of the main conflicts before he graduates then there would be little point expanding on the story past High School and I think Kohei wants to show him and maybe all of his class mates as pro Heroes. Well that is my take on it anyway. But let's see what happens from now on

Well would you look at that we are getting another movie that's coming in winter 2020 (i'm assuming).
That should be interesting consider that Two heroes comes out on Blu-ray next week (can't wait to pick it up).
It'll probably be canon to the story again much like Two Heroes was, but the question is where in the timeline it will take place?
