So thinking about Naruto and Boruto's relationship made me wonder about what Naruto's relationship with his dad would have been had he lived. Do you guys think it would be like Naruto's and his son with Mikado focusing too much on his job then his family?

Their family life was demonstrated in RTN. granted Minato wasnt hokage, but child neglectment was never a thing before. Not with any other Kage. Tsunade took over while everything was a mess, and she had time to work in the hospital, be a sensei, and run the village.

This!! This is what i'm still wondering about ... why Naruto always overnight, eat cup of ramen everyday, and drown in alcohol, he forgot (or don't care anymore) Kushina dying wish to eat vegetables and stay away from money and alcohol! That is a bad example for a father He look sad when boruto bring him bento from Hinata .... what is all the meaning of this ?? He is miserable.

 

I can only think that Naruto is not happy about his life, this is not the life he dreamed / wanted.

Exactly. I think he's regretting letting go of Sakura.

The only reason he is neglecting Bolt in the manga is because this is the only drama they can think up. Conflict with the ending's pairings in a long lasting relationship. Kishimoto could have written Sasuke and Naruto as the perfect dads who kids worship them. Instead one is burnt out that leads to him neglecting his kids, and the other does not care/love about his child.

Au contraire buddy they didn't care about NaruHina's happiness, they cared about Hinata's huge knockers!  

 

That said, No I don't think Naruto's family life with his parents would be nearly as bad  as his relationship with his kids, in fact it'd be the complete opposite

I have a ten-year-old cousin that can write a better ending than Kishi did, and still follow up on a pretty decent sequel. That's a very sad fact.

Naruto's mom and Sakura would have  literally punched his door to get to dinner.

 

Hinata can't even stand up to her own son and cries on her ass like a little kitten. They keep comparing her to Kushina ...

 

I think Kishi did all this on purpose to show the middle fingers to the Naruhinas who forced this ending on him by making her a pathetic housewife, who has not accomplished anything, and still a chunin .

well yes, if minato have lived on after kyubi invasion, there will also be the uchiha coup so minato will be very busy

 

but naruto won't be a spoilt brat under kushina's parenting.

 

naruto's adult situation doesn't even make any sense. he's not the odd jobs boy, he's the leader for goodness sake, why is he dispatching clones for every minor thing like carrying the old lady. kishi's self insert is so obvious it's hard to take the continuation story seriously.

Pro ending fans no doubt will says because Naruto is busy, no no .... first he can create Shadow Clone he create tons of shadow clone everyday to help Konoha citizen like in that clip he carry a granny and her luggage while Sakura and Ino wave at him, and seconds it is peaceful at that time.

Only those who get married because they were after something except love (becase they have nice body, for social status, because they rich, for money) understand what Naruto goes through right now.

 

If you marry someone simply because their looks or money, after 5 years (sooner or latter) you will realize, there is no happiness in this relationship.

Naruto never love Hinata, he simply feel bad for her after knowing she has feeling for him since they were a kid at the academy. He thinks as time pass he can starting to love her back, but in the reality of it he can't ....

 

I can say the same for Sasuke.

Sasuke has no investment in SS or really his daughter Salad. He probably had sex with Sakura once that got her knocked up and she decided to raise his kids for him. Hoping one day he would reward her good work with finally giving her some affection.

That's why Tsunade was a bit better at being hokage, she did all that while being hokage, what's Naruto's excuse plus again he can make shadow clones to do the work faster.

That makes so much sense and why he makes time for Sarada you know his "best friends" and lovers daughter but not his own spawn. Maybe cause he wants Sarada as his daughter.

Agreed Hinata is as pathetic as they come. Minato would never neglect Naruto he's find time to there for his son and raise him. You have to wonder that but I heard he got the idea to make NH canon from Swayer that piece of kitten ruined Naruto for everyone.
