As well all know Sakura's hair has been growing these last few chapters.

So how much does everyone think it will grow or will it stop now?

How much do you you think Naruto will love it?

Do you Love it, hate it, indifferent to it or do you prefer her Hair short?

Also what style would you like her to have with it?

I think it will remain short. From my take of Kishi's style, the hair styles never changes that much with the characters. Almost all the characters from Naruto to Kakashi has had their hair stay the same in part 2 (if not the whole series). Just in terms of continuity, I figure it will stay the same. Plus, I think the only reason Sakura's hair looks longer now is because it has become messed up with her fighting in the war.

 

Now in terms of which I prefer? I like it better short, the way it has been through most of the series. Not only do I think that it just looks better, but there is another reason.

 

When she cut her hair in the Chunin exam, it was really a big moment of character growth for her. However, I think what's even more of a sign of character growth is how she kept it short from there on out. Speculating here, but I think that she realized that the long hair was only to impress someone else. Keeping her hair short, it's a sign that she is comfortable with who she is and how she looks.

I like her hair. Will it grow more? I think this is far as it goes. Will Naruto comment on it? It does seem possible but maybe it could be war wearing out look, but we'll see soon enough.

It's also possible that if it truly longer than before, she may cut some because it's who she is. She did so with Tsunade's training. It's more do to with long time focusing on one thing to the point one aspect will grow.

Personally, I like her hair short, for much the same reason Lid said. I don't think it will continue to grow out either, it's just messed up from fighting, and I'm thinking Kishi might be leading up to Naruto making a comment about her forehead at some point as a call back to chapter three.

I think that she will remain short i think her hair is messed up because her headband flicked when she was battling zetsus.

She's not using stuff to keep a short ponytail.

You know, what if she goes short short? You know, something near bold. Happens to few in my memory bank though it usually happens because it's a process rather than them cutting it.

Personally, I like both short and long hair on her... I have a preference for long hair in general, though. If she grew it out, I'd want it to be like the style she had before she chopped it off during the chuunin exams. If she kept it short, I'd like it either a) the way she had her hair between like... chapter 400 - 611 (Kishi draws it weird now  though it did look nice in 632... Not in the color pages with Team 7, but the rest of the chapter; also I liked it in the samurai color spread in 616), or b) the way she had it in part one, after cutting her hair and Ino fixed it. Sometimes when Kishi drew her hair, he'd have the locks of hair on either side of her face curving in slightly, much like Tsunade's. I really liked that, too.
 
As for whether it will grow... Before the series end? Probably not, unless there is an epilogue set in the future, but even then it seems like Kishi will keep her hair short. On one hand, two of Sakura's parallels (Tsunade and Kushina) have long hair, but the other parallel (Rin) has short hair... But at the very beginning of part one, Kishi actually drew it surprisingly short (the style made it seem longer than it actually was, I think), and it was messy and the hair stuck out a little (though sometimes the length varied; it would go down just past her chin sometimes, or reach about her shoulder other times). Later in part one he drew it progressively longer though, and in flashbacks to early part one he also drew it long, so maybe Kishi thought up the idea of Ino and Sakura's rivalry and the 'Sasuke likes long hair' thing and Sakura cutting her hair in the Forest of Death for development after the first twenty or so chapters were published. 
 
LOL, I'm over thinking this, I know, but I've thought about this all quite a bit. And about NarutoI think he'll love it either way, but if Sakura grows it out, he may be secretly happy cause he can run his hands through it and play with it more.

It has taken 400 chapters to grow a few inches, and that might have just been Kishimoto changing his art style. I highly doubt we'll see any major changes until a second timeskip which may never happen. That said, I think the hair length she has now is fine.

It has taken 400 chapters to grow a few inches, and that might have just been Kishimoto changing his art style. I highly doubt we'll see any major changes until a second timeskip which may never happen. That said, I think the hair length she has now is fine.

Oh, that was right after she cut it. I thought you meant he noticed that it's been getting longer.

I think during her everyday life Sakura gets haircuts every so often but ever since the war she's been focused on other things so she's been letting it grow out.

Hmm what do you guys think of the possibility of her hair growing at a faster rate because she activated the seal? I can't remember if it lowers a persons life span or if the user ages quicker but if it is the latter then I guess her hair could also grow faster due to the ageing from using the seal.

The only time we've seen it be used before Sakura is by Tsunade and that wasn't one of the effects. So I don't think it will happen.
