X Man 3 6/10

I wont forgive them for what they did to Cyclops although seeing Icman as "Iceman" and beast helped to dull the pain...

You're being way too generous, The Last Stand killed the trilogy for me and I give it a 4/10.

Dragon Tiger Gate - 9/10

Donnie Yen. That says enough for anyone knows a bit about martial arts movies. This film kicked ass and has some incredibly awesome fight sequences, definitely some of the best ive seen.

Freedomland - 8/10. It was SOOO good. I guessed the ending from about a half an hour into it since I just understood the character through the way she acted, but it was REALLY good. Like wow. It's pretty long but it's still worth the watch happy.gif

Cowboy Bebop The Movie: 10/10 One of the only good movies based upon an anime, one of the main reasons being its actually canon to the storyline.

One piece movie 6 (I think wink.gif ) : 8/10

That one really suprised me. I love most of the One piece movies for the same reason I love the entire series. It's just an entire big filler of pure FUN. But the 2 half of the movie suprised me by how how creepy it was... and that was really good! cool.gif

One piece could sure use more moments like this

Sha Po Lang (aka SPL) - 7/10

An awesome Donnie Yen film, although the ending is weird as hell, and annoys me alot.

In anticipation of The Dark Knight I went back and watched Batman Begins for the first time in a while.

Batman Begins: 10/10
A movie that actually has the Batman mythos down pat, all the performances in the movie are great too especially Christian Bale.

^ I like that movie, it's been awhile though....

Naruto Shippuden Movie: 7/10, see NS movie section for reasons.

Also saw this today:

"Flash Point" aka "City without Mercy" Starring Donnie Yen: 6/10.
Nothing differently plot-wise then a cop vs street gang with maximum resource and control story. But that's not what you watch this movie for. The choreography is intense and more realistic then flashy, although it's still nice to look at. And if you don't know what I'm complaining about when I complain about Neo vs. Seraph in the Matrix Reloaded movie, you'll see why. Watch Collin Chou in this film, and you'll see why Keanu's martial arts should've been an after thought to Seraph. Gez, he's fast and vicious.

8/10 for me, I liked it too, and also refuse to acknowledge a sequel.

I wanted to watch some stupid romantic comedy today, and the choice fell on the movie "Blind Dating".
I have to be honest and say I wasn't expecting much, as I didn't know much about any of the cast, so I decided only because I find Eddie Kay Thomas to be a funny lad.

In the end, I have to admit I found the movie enjoyable. The plot was pretty dull, but it was so light hearted and sappy that I just had to enjoy the movie. It's no great masterpiece obviously, but for what's it worth I'll give it a 6/10... Chris Pine did a pretty good job playing blind, and Eddie WAS funny... So yeah, a 6/10!

Forbidden Kingdom - 7.5/10

Too much American slightly ruined the old Chinese "Journey to the West" story.

Still highly entertaining, I probably need to see it a second time, I did have a headache the first time.

Golden Compass - 8/10

For being turned into a movie from a book I'd say that it is alright, but then again I have read the book all the way.

Definatly worth buying it for my DVD collection.
