So what are guys saying exactly  that Naruto and Sakura will dump Hinata and Sasuke and NS will happen or this ending 699/700 might be the effect of the IT ? I'm having trouble understanding the theory  sorry   .

I would like to help you guys out, but I am a tad busy this weekend doing stuff for the family.  I wish you all the best of luck with this.  There are a lot of people that are unhappy with this ending, not just NS shippers, but the fandom as a whole.  If the theory is proven true, then that would be just awesome.  This brings back memories of the fire that I had when I was in my 20s.  You guys just might reignite that fire again.

Sorry to burst your bubble but this is actually incorrect. Look at the words again with Minato/Kushina:

運命の赤い糸になってくれた
それ以来自分の髪を好きになった
そして何よりミナトを大好きになった

Do you see what I bolded?

運命 is read as "unmei" - which means the person you are fated to. This is Minato/Kushina.

Sakura’s is ONLY and SIMPLY 命 "inochi" which means “life” as in keeping someone alive/command form. It has nothing to do with romance.

Another example:

“Inochi” means Life, The most important things
“Inochi” has meaning that fundamental forces that keep a living thing alive.
If this kanji symbols is read “Mei”, It has more meanings – Order, Instruction and Destiny.

Keeping someone alive? That makes perfect sense! She is a medical ninja and that is her job. Wow! ^^

Why are you sad? This is more incentive not to watch the movie. Although is hurts my heart to see this I'm already over this. We lost. But I won't stop you guys from giving up hope. Hope you guys find something interesting.

Sad to say it sounds exactly what it looks like. I mean...the last two songs basically spell NH. I think it is what it is, and Chatte you shouldn't waste your time anymore. But if you still really do want to write your theory then go ahead. Kishi just isn't as smart as you think, IMO though.
