We began this journey, nearly 10 years ago when Heaven and Earth first opened.
 
We knew that the size of the pairing war would need us to unite.
 
All this time later, we have come so far, we have come so close because of our unity.
 
That's why we cannot afford to slow down, or sit back. We cannot let up for one day or one minute or one second in this last week, not now, not with so much at stake
 
I ask of you what has been asked of every member of this forum. I'm asking you to believe in this pairing.
 
Believing in this pairing and have hope. I know this hope exists, because I've seen it. I've seen it in my eight years on this forum. I've had the priviledge to witness what is best about this ship.
 
I've seen it in the high times and the low times. In chapter 615, in the Road to Ninja Movie.
 
Hope is what carried us through the Hinata's Pein confession. Hope is what swelled up in the forum after Yamoto's comment on the bridge. Hope is what was built up along with this pairings development
 
Hope is what led people on the forum to say "it may look dark tonight, but if I hold on to hope tomorrow will be brighter!" That's what this shipping war is about! That's what we face right now!
 
Don't believe for a second that this whole thing is over! Don't think for a minute that it has been decided! We still have a lot of work to do!
 
We have to work like our pairing's future depends on it this week! Because it does depend on it this week!
 
We can choose development over some random fanart! We can choose unity of Heaven and Earth over division!
 
The promise of good story telling over a complete mess!
 
We can come together as one forum, and one fandom and once more fight back like we did in the other times of NaruSaku.com!

Not really... it says Naruto still loves Sakura and with the Sakura page it doesn't say anything romantic about Sasuke.

I refuse to believe this is the case. There has to be more to this. Look at how well 698 was and then 699/700 turns to kitten? No.. It's like Hinata's confession animation vs Naruto/Pain fight. 100 to ZERO. Have some more faith guys... I highly doubt Kishi just threw away all this development when Hinata could have replaced Sakura in almost every scenario. Why are the kids in the new movie too? All this bashing and the chapter isn't even out.

If this is really the case then I don't know what to say, other than the fact that I will always admire Naruto and Sakura's relationship as close friends.

Sorry you feel that way. Really do. I was always for NS, up till seeing her finally choose sasuke. Just want what's best for Naruto now, and since Sakura won't, ill support the person who will. Why is that bad? I was upset by it as well. I agree NS was the most developed and powerful pairing that should've happened. Kishi is to blame, but if you're looking within the story, Naruto deserves to move on.
