Whoever said that a manga needing a movie to explain the ending is a terrible manga is spot on.

What I dont get is: What was it all for then? Why did Kishi troll us so hard?

 

If he just put more time and development into SS and NH I wouldn't even be this disappointed. I don't have anything against these pairings it's just the lack of sense they make and how ass-pulled they are because he barely put any development in 15 (!!!) years into them while he gave us plenty of hints towards NS.

 

What was all that stuff for if it never meant to mean anything? Why toy with your readers and their hopes that hard?

The Movie is Kishi's way of trying to Justify NaruHina, and that's it, the plot makes not sense, nothing it's just Kishi knowing Naru/Hina never added up in the manga so it's his damage control. It's like when a celebrity does or say something stupid and then releases a press statement to explain what they really meant.
